I think the location is good, and it is easy to find. The rooms were also good, and we had everything we needed. My only issue was the lack of clarity on an extra charge we received. Be advised, if you check in past 22:00, you will be charged a late fee. My brother and I were charged a flat €60 at check in for two nights stay. I assume €20 were for the tourist tax and a €40 penalty for the late check in just before midnight. I think that's a little too high.

Noise level from the street was bad but no fault of the property.
Noise level from pumps for hot water, drainage & W/C kept us awake.
Toilet was dirty. Sink tap did not work properly. Overhead shower did not work. Very bad smell in the toilet, we had to keep the fan on and door closed so that the room did not smell.
No breakfast on the property, instead this as at a local Bar about 100 Mtrs away.
No early (2pm) check-in even though I requested it.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful owner. The rooms are adequately maintained, but the shower is poorly functioning and the outdoor facilities are noisy, especially at night. Payment tracking is non-existent, despite the tourist tax (€4 per person) being required at checkout.

Nice location by the cathedral. Very safe. They allowed us to store our luggage before and after check in. They helped us find the bus to go to the local beach. Very nice stay.
