I was eager to finally visit Palermo, a trip that has been planned for quite some time now. Unfortunatelly my flights got cancelled 5 days before arrival. I managed to book alternative flights but those got cancelled again just a day before, leaving me with no options but to arrive two days later or rebook to another date. I contacted the property at once, seeking for date change / cancellation / other alternatives but after 4 days and several messages they replied "stone-cold" that they were full. Finally during post Easter time, severe air disruptions in Europe, air trafic control strike in Italy and Lufthansa strike in Germany, I was unable to make it. I requested a refund one day before arrival (to minimise the impact for them) but they didn't bat an eye, as the rate was non-refundable. It seems the owners of this B&B haven't travelled anywhere out of their own city to be able to understand that it was not a simple extraordinary circumstance, it was double force majeure. In all my 45 years of world travels, I’ve never encountered people as aloof, impassive, detached, unempathetic, and unsympathetic. Last but not least, the contracted platform: bed-and-breakfast.it where the booking and payment took place couldn't care less, but they did sent me 12 emails before arrival. I rate it one star, as I am unable to give ZERO, but as my former teacher once said: "You have to earn the lowest grade, if not it is NULL."

Beautiful building in a great location.
A beautiful building in a great location. Toms were a big on the small side but for a short stay they were more than adequate. Breakfast was a small but tasty selection of breads and pastries with piping hot tea and coffee. I’d definitely stay here again if back in Palermo. The only thing missing in the room was a couple more sockets.

Clean, well located , jacuzzi worked well after 15 kms per day walk. Room done every day and very well clean. The staff is wonderful especially the young woman managing the breakfast .
Mostly tourists staying in the hotel .Very safe .
I loved the place and will come back . The WiFi was so so !! Double windows provided a sound proof room.

Nice accommodation in Palermo. Price and quality go together. Good breakfast. Little bit noisy room in the evening. My opinion is Very Good!

Very friendly small - 5 rooms or so in a flat type hotel just off the main street and the historic centre. Everything is walkable from here, and lots of choices to eat. The breakfast is plentiful. Would happily rerurn!

Perfect.
Big confortable room. Super kind staff, they took the time to explain me what to see in Palermo and even gave me some pastries to receive me. The jacuzzi was a blast. Location is perfect for walking around downtown.

There is not a parking, which is different from the description. They introduced two parkings but one is unavailable and the other is extremely expensive.
The room is good but the door of bathroom cannot be properly closed.

This weekend was the second time that I have stayed here and it won’t be the last! It’s a beautiful b&b with lovely staff. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the breakfast is lovely! Storing luggage and ordering taxis to the airport is easy, nothing is too much trouble! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
