The room was very nice and was cleaned well every day. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good in the view from the terrace was also very good. Good central location in the city. Would recommend this hotel highly to anyone.

Very very convenient. Right in the middle of town & steps away from the best Cannolo in town at the church. Parking was easy where they directed me. However, Driving Is Absolutely Crazy in Palermo!!! The breakfast was adequate (not a lot of options. The room was spacious and could be dark enough to sleep all day. Great location!

Our rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good, on a beautiful terrace. The staff very courteous and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located hotel in the heart of Palermo. The entrance off the street doesn’t do justice to the clean, modern and well equipped rooms and terraced breakfast area. The staff were so helpful right throughout my stay.

The room is on the rooftop of an old building, and you need to climb 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is on the rooftop terrace, which requires walking up a steep flight of stairs. It's dangerous and a bit dangerous for tall people, but the view is nice.
The overhead shower in the room was broken, so I could only sit and shower using the shower head below, which was very uncomfortable. The water is smaller.
Towels were changed every two days. They shed a lot of hair, and there was white hair all over them, and the floor in the room was also covered with white hair.
The location is really good, close to everything and not noisy.

The room is just there, but the location is better than it is. When you are tired from shopping, you can go back and take a rest before going out for shopping again. You must contact us via email to confirm the check-in time. The door is closed and the check-in service is in the building, which is inconvenient.

We had a lovely time at this place, it was a highlight of our visit to Palermo. There is a very nice, familiar atmosphere and the hosts, Bárbara and Emiliano are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, always willing to chat and give you some tips. We received a detailed information before getting to Palermo, and the check-in after hours was very easy. The place has a perfect location, comfy rooms and the most beautiful terrace where you can have a delicious breakfast served by remarkably kind and welcoming Mary. Thank you for all the cappuccinos we had a chance to have with views over the old city! :) Highly recommended if you’re planning to visit Palermo! Hope we go back one day.
