Fantastic boutique hotel for exploring Palermo. It’s centrally located in the historic old town, so everything is easily reachable on foot. The staff at reception and during breakfast are exceptionally friendly. The room was extremely comfortable, with a very good mattress and a wonderful shower, plus a lovely balcony with an open view. Breakfast was a highlight: generous, beautifully presented, and rich in homemade Sicilian specialties. Highly recommended!

They did not bother to update booking info, so one star review should be well in line with the experience. Booked for valet parking and especially for the gym. These are not offered (nor is spa).
Hotel is rather casual about it. As a traveler I pick and schedule hotel with facilities twice a week, to get some exercise in, on arrival and then on the day of departure. Arrival early, have later departure the next day, worth the bit of extra you pay for a better hotel, well, this was not it, but waste.

A beautifully decorated hotel in the middle of a bustling part of Palermo. The room was properly cleaned and the receptionists were all very kind. The breakfast was excellent. We even got an hour at the spa included in the price!

Casa Nostra boutique hotel is superb. It is centrally located and makes it easy to walk to all of the important sights. The rooms are lovely with high end bed linens. Our room overlooked the beautiful garden where breakfast is served. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices buffet and la carte. Staff is very helpful and friendly and Tony gave us great recommendations for restaurants and reserved for us. We have travelled the world and like lovely hotels and Casa Nostra did not disappoint! Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at Casa Nostra. It was in a good location and the breakfast was excellent. The elevator wasn't working on floor 0 which required a walk up a steep and somewhat uneven staircase. The room was very nice, although the bathroom needed some upkeep. We could never figure out how to turn out the lights in the shower and had to ask to have the room serviced. The staff were very nice and helpful to us when asked.

A lovely hotel with the most wonderful staff. Eating in the courtyard was a great experience, whether the breakfast (spoilt for choice) or the romantically lit dinner.
We booked almost by accident. We sent a querying email (in English) and quickly received an encouraging response. So our 4 night booking and the arrangement of airport transfers was all done this way.
And when there, all the staff were brilliant.
If we're ever back in Palermo this is where we'll stay.

The absolute best staff. Can’t wait to book for next year. I can’t say how great the staff was! Breakfast great the room phenomenal but Tony really stuck out and made us feel like we were the most important couple staying with them. Thank you all so much see you all next year!
