Zubebi is pure magic! I spent three unforgettable days here, and from the very first moment, I was enchanted by the harmony of every detail, the serene atmosphere, the scent of the sea carried by the wind, the golden light of sunset melting into the horizon. The team’s warmth and professionalism made me feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. More than a resort, Zubebi is a soulful boutique retreat nestled in the embrace of nature. From its terraces, the view opens wide over the sea, where the sky burns with color at dusk, a spectacle that stays with you long after you’ve left. Breakfast by the pool is a daily ritual of joy: homemade delicacies, island flowers in bloom, and the silky taste of their own olive oil, cultivated with love on the property. Every morning felt like a gentle invitation to slow down and simply be. This is not just a place to stay: it’s a sanctuary for the senses, a mindful refuge for body and soul. The staff goes above and beyond to arrange unique experiences, from private boat journeys along Pantelleria’s rugged coast to tailored island excursions that reveal its authentic heart. A cozy spa, a charming restaurant celebrating the island’s ingredients and traditions, everything here is designed to restore your inner balance. I left Zubebi with a deep sense of peace and gratitude, already dreaming of the day I’ll return to this extraordinary haven suspended between earth, sea, and sky. PS I discovered that Zubebi takes its name from a local district on the island, traditionally known for the cultivation of zibibbo grapes and figs. A beautiful connection to Pantelleria’s authentic soul!

We spent one week in this lovely place away from the city chaos.

Surrounded by amazing countryside with sea view, you can enjoy staying in “dammusi”, a typical habitation in Pantelleria.

Eraldo, Concetta and Sofia are super host: always smiling and energetic! they welcomed us from the beginning with valuable advice - restaurants (do not miss Za Teresa, inside the resort), beaches, etc.

PS: if you are looking for the best place to smart working, Zubebi is the place! The internet connection works perfectly.

The Zubebi Resort is an authentic, very special place with a lot of character. It is more shabby chic than chic, which we particularly like. It only has 8 rooms (dammusos), each built in a traditional style. The furnishings are good and very clean, the beds and mattresses are excellent. Above all, the beds are real ‘king size’, which is rather rare in Italy. And what a surprise: there is even a pillow menu. Everyone will find the right pillow for a good night sleep here. The resort also has a small wellness area with sauna, steam bath and hot tub, all of which are excellent. We really enjoyed our time there. But the best thing about the resort is the team. It is very small, very personal and fulfills all your wishes. It's almost like staying with friends. A final tip: Zubebi also offers cars for hire. This has the advantage that you don't lose any time at the airport when picking up and returning a rental car. You just have to know that the resort's cars are really old and have seen their best days. If that doesn't bother you, the old car will quickly give the impression of you being a local of the island :-) We really enjoyed the Zubebi Resort and would love to come back.

To say that Zubebi is a magical place is an understatement! We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for anything better. Beautiful structure, welcoming and with attention to detail. Fantastic staff who welcome you like family and make your stay unique. Eraldo, Concetta and Daniela made this week even more special. An incredible place full of character! Zubebi Resort offer a small paradise where to immerge yourself into a calm and relaxed place. The resort has a main building with a lovely courtyard to receive guests, chill and eat breakfast and dinner. There are 7 Dammusi, short walking distance from the main area which guarantee privacy and your own place. The swimming pool is super nice with a beautiful sunset view. Eraldo the owner has managed to shape the resort with his own identity with great attention to details and care for his guests. Last but not least, Isca, the resort restaurant, is the best on the island! Thanks Eraldo and team for making our stay our paradise. will be back soon.

A small well run resort.
Mr. Eraldo is a dispenser of advice about the sea, restaurants and island wineries. Its collaborators make you feel at home. The resort is close to the airport but without the hassle of flight noise. It dominates the sea below with a wonderful view.
The dammusi are well restored, with all modern comforts.
