Relaxing experience in Mursia hotel !
I could enjoy the amazing view from my room, the swimming pool is really well placed and the staff is always there to help you !

I really recommend this hotel if you are looking for chilling and relaxing holidays.

Came to Pantelleria without any clues what to get. It is awesoma..many natural pools around the island, the nature.

I use this hotel as the base, good and large room for a 3 star hotel, two pools one of which olympic size. Both are located on the seaside, So big that you can always get a sunbed. Lunch at the pool and varied buffet dinner,(]ocal flavours and a lot to choose from)

The best part of it all: the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. The pool boy who is always smiling, the stylish manager. They made this place even more special.

Location: saefront and close to the city centre. In Pantelleria, you need a car to move around.

Not as described
Far overpriced for the stay. I paid £100/night. Was not expecting luxury but what I found felt about half the value. The air conditioning is controlled by a computer at reception and you have to go ask them to turn it back on every morning. Breakfast was very disappointing and they even charged a non-refundable fee of €5 for the use of a pool towel (despite telling me I’d get my €5 back when I brought the towel back). Floor was sticky and light bulbs burnt out in the room. Don’t pay more than €50/nt for this place. Barely worth that.

It was a serene and pleasant stay, the staff super helpful and welcoming, the place a paradise even if the structure is a bit dated the outside is very well cared for and the services well organized.

Our room was located close to the reception and from the early morning we could hear the noise from the hallway. That made sleeping after 6am hard. Breakfast was quite limited.
However, location was great, fantastic swimming pools and access to the beach.

Spacious resort on the seashore with grest pool
Reception bar gym lady and massage lady perfect and friendly. The restaurant had problems. Everything difficult. Even if asking no glutenfree options or bread. Not possible to get an espresso for breakfast not possible to order two glasses of wine for lunch only bottles. Breakfast not ready in time waited 20 min for coffe. Closed also before time. Not serviceminded. All the rest super!

Wonderful hotel, though we didn't get a room with balcony as indicated in our booking. They cleaned our room everyday. The pools are nice, at night there was a live band where you can dance and enjoy the night. Breakfast was great too. They assigned a seat where you have your table for bfast (unfortunately not outside where there's no view for us)

Be careful! I booked my stay at a very good price, I talked with them for months, I refused the free cancellation due to new Covid rules, I booked also a scooter through them, but they canceled my reservation one week before my holidays without even warning me. One second after the cancellation they rebooked the room (probably at double price). They said was due to a rejected transaction on my credit card, but my bank didn't receive that request. I asked to provide me a proof of the transaction, but they refused. They probably put a wrong credit card number to have an excuse and they rebooked the room at the current price. Bad people, stay away from this place

+ Perfect location, clean rooms and great staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Pantelleria.
- Only cons was the gym. Unfortunately we love to workout and it wasn’t what we were expecting to find for the price per night we paid.
