Reviews
Only one pillow is provided per person.
The cleaning staff starts singing and talking right outside our door at 7:00 a.m. We had just come from a long journey and only needed to rest, but unfortunately that was not the case.
During the night, there is a noise that sounds as if the rooms are being vacuumed at that hour. We can hear everything from one side to the other, including the neighbours in private situations.
The toilet is becoming loose and wobbles when used.
For a 4-star hotel, please tell me who gave that rating, because they must have been bribed.
The staff have always been impeccable.
There is no parking available. 🅿️
Fine for the price but would not specifically recommend, only highlight is the staff behind very nice and professional.
Not far off from the city centre by walk.
Minor maintenance is recommended in the bathroom.
The city center is also easily reachable with a pleasant 10-minute walk.
Breakfast was very varied and plentiful, unlike other B&B hotels in the chain where I've stayed.
The only downside, which is not the hotel's fault, is the parking situation. In Trapani, parking is almost exclusively in paid blue zones, meaning you often have to drive around a bit to find a spot.
Otherwise, everything was perfect!
