During the check in the staff did not informed all information well, as we had to ask about parking, breakfast and wi-fi. The elevator does not work well, the room was dirty and with a lot of dust, in the cover bed had a red mark on it. It was a reservation a 2 persons and the bed was set up for 1 person.
During the breaksfast we asked for a coffee, they prepare and scream in the room "ready!" so we need to get up and go to pick up. on the second day they didnt have egg at all and not so many options.
Far far away of this hotel to be a 4 star. I'm used to travel around the world and this hotel fits on MAXIMUM 2 stars (being nice).

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere (few restaurants in walking distance) but still suffers from traffic noise. Rooms are old and worn out. I could not bolt my door from the inside (due, I suppose to the door warping over time) and the staff did not care. Stay somewhere else.

It is ia rather outdated hotel that requires a lot of maintenance, especially the floors and the bathrooms. The breakfast is moderate, with good Coffee, missing the integral products, and good eatbable fruits. The elevator was behaving a bit strange, passed our floor a few times up and down before it stopped. The airco stops working between 12pm and 6 am so the nights can be warm. The airco is very noisy. We heard from other guests that the rooms at the front side of the hotel can be very noisy due to traffic, also at nights. Personel is very friendly

terrible hotel. Everything is run down and old. the worst part is the AC doesnt work. I can overlook everything else but I can't sleep in this heat without AC. Terrible experience here. I wish my tour group just drove straight to Catania/taormina and skipped this hotel

Disinterested waiters at breakfast . Apparently breakfast with eggs and, for example, cappuccino is not offered to everyone. We had to do what was on the buffet. Otherwise great hotel!

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel before in Italy as this hotel. The hotel is advertised as 4 stars, but in reality it is 4 crosses. Everything is bad, really everything. The worst part is the indifferent arrogance of the staff in the way they handle the problem. The furniture and the seating set are all ruined and dirty. The bathroom is broken, dirty and incomplete. No charging after breakfast after 8:50. If you talk about the problem, arrogant, condescending yelling staff is the discussion partner. There is no possibility of compensation, the hotel steals the good feeling of your days if you live here. The bathroom is so moldy that your lungs will get sick if you live here.
