We came on a skiing trip in Feb 26 (Friday 27th Feb 26) with my family. Service was extremely disappointing from the main waiter. Please avoid as there are many other lovely restaurants around this gorgeous area. When we received the bill, We noticed that they mistakenly overcharged us for two still waters instead of one. When we informed him of this, he only gave us €3 when the water was €4.80. When we said you still owe us €1.80 he said “no no half for me and half for you”. We demanded the full amount (we didn’t care about the €1.80 but it’s the principle) and he still didn’t give us the full amount back. Regardless food was good and the other staff members were lovely. But AVOID!!! Have the best day my fellow skiers :)

We visited the hotel for lunch as a group of 4. The service was extremely slow, with one member of our party having to wait well over an hour for his pizza with no apology when it finally arrived. To make matters worse, when it did arrive it was clearly undercooked. Two other members of the party ordered lasagne which was barely warm when served. Unfortunately both of these members became unwell overnight with symptoms of food poisoning which strongly suggests that the food may not have been handled or cooked properly. Coupled with the above the staff were less than accommodating and seemed to resent the presence of the majority of their guests. As a result I would certainly not recommend this hotel or consider making a return visit

Location is beautiful.
Food smelled good on the other tables but after sitting inside for 15min and the only thing we ever got asked was, why we were sitting inside and not outside.

Not even once where we asked if we wanted anything to drink or eat.

The waiter was just blatently rude and when we asked if we could order he just walked by and was grumpy.

We then just walked out.
Never again.

Nice location and view. We had lunch here in the winter and have to say it looks much nicer than it is. The food was not great. The lasagna arrived cold and when asked they heated it in the microwave.
We also had the gnocchi, goulash and tuna salad. None of them great.

Perhaps we’re spoiled by rest of Italy but this lunch was a disappointment.

My husband and I have stopped here for Pizza's on previous skiing holidays and decided to do so again. This time the weather wasn't so good and we managed to get a table inside which was lovely. The pizza's are the best, and good value too. It's easy to access from the ski slopes so a lot of ski-iers and walkers visit for lunch.

This is a wonderful small hotel ideally located right on the ski slopes in Colfosco. The views were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The rooms were relatively small, but very adequate for their purpose. There was a housekeeping service each day, so the room and bathroom were always clean.

The restaurant was terrific, with very attentive staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my food sensitivities (gluten free and dairy free.) There was a breakfast buffet each morning with hot and cold options. We had half board, so dinners were also included with adequate options for everyone in our party.

For skiers, the location is amazing. Walk out onto the slopes near the top of a chair lift. There was ski and ski boot storage available. You could even put your boots on a drying rack and they would be dry and warmed each morning.

We are looking forward to a return visit next year!

We get a very warm welcome here. They make an effort to accommodate your needs well. It's a busy spot at lunchtime so booking is a good idea. We left my daughters hat one night and they kept it safe for us and I was able to get it the next day. Food is very good.
