Unfortunately, we had to cancel our five-day booking because I had an accident the day before our arrival, resulting in severe bruising and pain.
Despite politely inquiring and requesting some form of compensation—such as a pro-rata billing or a partial refund—the new manager showed absolutely no understanding.
His response was essentially:
"What's the point of cancellation policies?"
We find this attitude extremely unaccommodating and regrettable.
We will therefore not be returning to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights, half board.
The room was infested with four spiders, complete with webs, right above the beds. I removed one of them, and the other one belonged to the hotel. The bathrooms were reasonably clean. Dinner was truly awful, with cold appetizers like those in a work canteen, and the menu was far, far too limited.
But the worst part was that the food was terrible. We tried to communicate this to the waiter, who spoke very little Italian, pointing out that the dishes were sent back to the kitchen with barely a taste.
The pool was nice.
This is intended as a warning/suggestion to the owner to review the menu and perhaps change the chef.

The room was big enough, the breakfast was lavish. Service was excellent. We left our Kindler in the room and it was sent to us by post. Excellent service.

Small but very clean hotel. The rooms are well maintained. Very professional staff. There are two swimming pools, one not very large, but for a relaxing weekend they are fine.

Good, comfortable hotel with comfortable rooms with balconies. Equipped with 2 swimming pools one outdoor and one indoor but which are more for children than adults and a small fitness area and a sauna. Located in a quiet residential area, in fact it is a little out of the way especially in the evening if you want to take a tour of the center after dinner (on foot it takes about 15/20 minutes). Sore point the half board formula: at dinner the portions are really poor, scandalous, starred restaurant quantities, and it is not possible to get up from the table hungry to the point of having to go out to find a place in the area to dine again. ! At this point I would have preferred not to pay for this treatment because I have spent money to dine elsewhere ... and I don't find it right to pay for the drinks separately (I understand wine, beer or soft drinks but why other than water ??? )

We were here in July 2021. The guest and their satisfaction is the main focus and has the highest priority. We were warmly welcomed at all times. Our little ones were also well looked after. Both pools are open which is good for the little ones. Sufficient number of parking spaces in front of the door. Super good food, whether breakfast or evening. Varied, very good quality and prepared with heart. Everything is clean! Everything suitable for a pram 😀! On top of that, everything is easily accessible on foot. Thanks to the Ladurner family for a lovely stay.

Small hotel with attention to the smallest details. Very thorough cleaning. Good cuisine and buffet, both for breakfast and pre dinner, fresh and various. Both relaxation areas are beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor pools, even if not connected. The soundproofing of the rooms is good, despite the bathroom not having a window. Extremely courteous owners!
