All just perfect. Simone the owner, the room, the garden, the location, the birds in the morning, the perfect cappuccino, the recommended restaurants, the cats. Especially the cats. Loved it.

Great and cosy place. The hostess is a person that you enjoy talking to and speaks fluent English. The garden is beautiful and relaxing.

The name La Fiaba is perfect for Simone's house, it is a somewhat magical but real place, if you are lucky you might see a deer at dawn under your bedroom window! Simone welcomes you with a smile and his love for his land and his home shines through, which is warm and in the objects that Simone collects and furnishes it with, there is Tuscany. Seeing is believing!

We stayed 1 night, location easy to find and with reserved parking. Well cared for and kept both outside and inside. Our room (Pinocchio), spacious and in a "rustic" style. Order and cleanliness truly at the top. The owner, Simone, a nice person, kind, very easy going. We had the opportunity to chat during breakfast (which did not make us miss anything) and it was very pleasant to be in his company.
