In Florence we broke our stay in two parts. One in the city at the Aurora and second at a Vinyard. Both location were awesome Part -1 the Aurora hotel has great location just close to.the station and has a historic feel to the whole place. If you are hiring car be careful as many one way streets. I got ticket after reaching home for going into a wrong lane. It was fun in a way as it was my 1st and only ticket while driving internationally. The room was just as is shown in the pictures very clean and very comfortable. Once we had covered the city and seen the historical sights we decided to drive to Tuscany and spend the rest of our days staying inside a beautiful Castillo. Fantastic experience with this hotel. Convenient to the train station but it's not affected by noise or traffic. Our room and bathroom was a good size, clean and comfortable. The hotel is not a far walk to many of the city's key attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was very tasty.

Nothing particularly fancy. They make you leave the key with the reception which always makes me feel my stuff is unsafe. The showers are very nice

Very near to Florence train station you can find this hotel as a very good place to stay in Firenze.Rooms are clean with great bathroom. Stuffs are nice and helpful, break fast is OK. All with a good price.

Hotel staff is very friendly. I did not mind giving them the key each time I left - they are trustworthy. Breakfast was good and the room was nice. I especially liked the shower with the giant shower head. It felt like rain. I would definitely stay at Hotel Aurora again. It is a really good location (across from the train station) for a very reasonable price. :-)

Rooms spacious, comfortable, bright, stylish. Behind the station Sta Ma.Novel, with access by ramp. Excellent welcome from the reception staff. Breakfast included. I would return to the Aurora.

The hotel is situation in a convenient location ( even if it is the best of Florence) the rooms are spacious enough but definitely deserve a "refreshed". Nice little gardens but the breakfast can be improved

2 19, from 2 nights and 3 days we were a couple. The location is really fantastic with a good station in 2 minutes walking distance. the room is Leonardo this was the low price on very large and good room placement was a step they are really friendly. Breakfast is the croissant really was delicious, the coffee even right down to the very point was also good. the main attractions in the close distance. just a star 4 level, the reason that sleep well at night didn't need 1 Layer Leonardo bag next, but there are other guests in the door, stomping swing in the wind. several sesame. The door is the side door to no structure and we visit the station of not more than stomping or at least fly there was a bit of a statement but hands give you 5 stars it is a hotel.

It was 2008 that I stayed here with my wife and we got a dog of a room. It was cramped and dated. It was also disjointed from the main hotel, so to actually get to reception and the breakfast area, we had to walk around the block and go back upstairs. The photos do suggest that it has been refurbished, but that probably still leaves small rooms and the disconnected locations.
The location with Florence is decent, but I'd hesitate about booking here again.

Was the on holiday 4 years ago, lovely hotel, small and old setup, can hear next day having fun, location was perfect, just infront of train station, nearby lot touriest area.
convenient place for restaurants, shops, churches.
Walking distance to coaches to THE MALL.

Pretty safe hotel.
