Florence, Piazza Ognissanti 3 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. Nowhere was too far to walk. The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent. The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening.
During my stay, the hotel was undergoing a large-scale renovation. Half of the entrance was sealed, the lobby became smaller, and the rooftop restaurant with a view was closed. It looks like this project will take more than a year to complete.
Superb We've visited Florence several times now and always loved walking pas this iconic building with the view that one day I would stay there. This visit that goal materialised. A great reception from the ladies in reception led us to our room facing the Arno River. The room was huge, king sized bed, and bathroom well appointed. Clean and spacious. Superb bedroom. Breakfast is also a treat...
The Westin is located in a very convenient area you can walk everywhere from there, lots of places to eat and safe area. We really enjoyed our stay 🙏
Was lucky enough to get a chance to stay at this historical property because of a work event we were organizing in Italy. Due to my platinum status, I was upgraded to an Arno view room, and I must say everything about it was stunning. The room, the view and the little touches that the team has put into making our stay memorable. Location wise it's perfect, since it's located in the middle of town...

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.
This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance...
Beautiful hotel. Great location. Cleanliness excellent services professional and kind staff. My favorite hotel in Florence
The location is good, the service is good, and the bathroom is a bit small.
Beautiful hotel, great location
The suite we booked is in Rococo style. It's very beautiful and clean. It has an excellent location. There's also a super delicious dessert shop called Iginio Massari opposite. I've been to Florence many times and this hotel is my favorite.

Satisfied, Sanitation: Very good Facilities: Good
The service is perfect, the hardware is perfect, and the restaurant tastes good. The basic room type is spacious enough. However, the basic room type is not in the main building, but in another building, which has a seafood restaurant and a separate breakfast room. Of course, if you want to go to the main building for breakfast and dinner, it is no problem. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main building...
Amazing hotel, wonderful view assigned for our special visit, love the chapel birthday dinner night as well, lovely stay
Great vibes and excellent service. Special thanks to Mohammed and Eleonora for smooth check in/out. We will def visit again when in Firenze.
The yard is large, and the outdoor swimming pool is not heated and is very cold.

Florence, 9 Dei Conti Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
It's a bit different from how it used to be, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are well-cleaned. The absolute best part? The Duomo is just a 5-minute walk away, haha! Other spots are also easily accessible. The Central Station is less than 10 minutes away, and getting around to all the tourist sites is super convenient. I'm thoroughly satisfied.
This hotel doesn't live up to its five-star reputation. The location is okay (though Florence is small, so walking distance isn't all that far), but everything else is just okay. The service, in particular, is rather arrogant. They think they're a five-star hotel, so they're full of formalities. For example, they ask you to sit away during check-in and then bring it back after you're done, which actually...
Friendly and welcoming front desk service.
We had 2 rooms. The breakfast and room service menu are limited and not worth it. The street side room was very noisy with late night revelers and pedestrian activities. We enjoyed massages at the spa. The decor was wondeful.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic—right in the center of the city, with easy access to popular sights, dining, and shopping. Because the previous stop, St. Regis Venice, left us with a great impression, we thought that St. Regis Florence would be just as good, but it was not what we expected. We stayed for three nights in a row. On the first night, halfway through the shower, I started to have tears and runny nose, and it became difficult to open my eyes. I sneezed many times. I must be allergic to something. After leaving...
Good location, good environment, good service, good breakfast
The hotel was perfect in every way, from the scenery to the detailed service to the location. I will use it again on my next business trip. I highly recommend it.
An absolutely stunning property with even better service. Before checking in the team reached out and asked what brought us to Florence. I told them we were coming for my partner's graduation from law school. Upon checking in the room was decorated for a full graduation party along with the most thoughtful amenities. Our butler also picked up my favorite beverage that I know is not stocked on property...
The staffs make you feel like old friends! Very passionate ! Breakfast is good with fresh squeeze fruit & vegetable juice , fresh fruits, succulent omelets, lot variety fresh made pastries , especially the croissant crema ! U can taste and see vanilla seeds in the crema! 😋
Incredible experience and staff. We arrived early and they contacted the staff immediately and prioritized cleaning our room so we could check-in early. Breakfast was delightful and set in a beautiful room on a balcony. Location is easy walking distance to everything.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but we weren't concerned as we dropped off our luggage and explored the area and had lunch. It's important to note that in order for a car/cab to enter the square where the hotel is situated, they need to ring the hotel so that they can lower the bollards. Or, you can get dropped off on the street and...

We just completed a stay the Sina Villa Medici, Autograph Collection in Firenze, Italy. We stayed one night on points and were very disappointed. First, the staff is excellent and very friendly. Going to the pool after going out to museums all day was great . The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel had a lovely welcome and the staff were very kind. Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and doesn’t have a very good smell. The hotel has a lot of Potential but it just doesn’t seem to be updated. If you stay here, have the expectation of staying at a 2/3 star, not a 4.

I wish I could give Hotel Savoy additional stars. Five star hotels across the world are not equal and our trip, which has included only five star hotels, has illustrated that point to us again. Hotel Savoy ‘gets it.’ We stayed in a beautiful one...
Great hotel right in center of Florence! Nice rooms (we had 2 connecting rooms for my husband and me and our children). Breakfast was great, everyone who worked at the hotel was very helpful and kind, nice common spaces, air conditioning worked great during a heat wave. Would definitely recommend!
The hotel is fantastically positioned in central Florence and the staff were all exceptionally attentive and helpful.
Simply fabulous hotel. We had two weeks in Umbria in a wonderful quiet villa in the hills (pool, sun, gorgeous food and stars every night, etc) and decided to end the holiday with a couple of nights of luxury in Florence. Renovated Irene Bar is magnificent! The staff and people ambience is exceptional. You will not be disappointed! Giambattista,Martina,David,Natalia, Frederico, Mahyar exceeded expectations for my wife and I…Thank You! The amberjack / Himalayan salt appetizer is marvelous! See you again! Chip
Service was outstanding…staff was very kind, concierge team were TOP….but the property doesn’t merit the cost. We got an upgrade, but when you cannot sleep, size of the room doesn’t really matter… Mattress is not “five star” (but the rates are), the noise outside means you take an afternoon nap and the AC cannot cool the room on a hot summer day. I would not stay here again. Not for me.

We were so pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a hotel. At first the tiny entrance and front desk will disappoint however once we reached our room we were breathless. Hotel La Gemma was beautiful. Very convenient location and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
The room is small. Although there is a window, it is closed because it is a bit noisy facing the street. The room is stuffy and obviously much more humid than hotels in Milan and Rome. When checking in, they offered a welcome drink but it was charged. It was a bit strange to wait for a long time in the lounge. The overall hygiene is OK. The biggest feeling is that it is small, stuffy and humid.
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence.
The rooms are small , is not quite a luxury 5 stars hotel. But location is the best.

From the moment we arrived exhausted from a long and hot drive they attended to us with care and hospitality. The room was small, but impeccably furnished. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and provided the best...
Best hotel experience in Italy!! Wow, what a beautiful place in a beautiful location. The staff was kind and the room was big and so comfortable. I think that the design of this amazing hotel says a lot. Go there! The price is a bit high - but what you pay is what you get. This place emphasis value for money.
Stayed 4 nights with family and kids. One of the best hotels in the world. The service is superb, always there when needed anything. The housekeeping cleans the room twice or more a day. The food is so delicious. It was perfect. Thank you H&B you made my stay in Florence unforgettable 🤍
Place is really nice. Old styled but with high tech amenities. The room was comfortable and cosy. The palm buddy is an awesome touch. Free calls, room service and tour guide. Food is great along with the service. As you step out the door you are treated by high fashion shops.
