Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view

Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze

Very nice place, especially we liked the pool and the GYM. Location is very nice, 15 min walk to any of the museums’. Beautiful view from the roof

The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.

An older couple might feel a little out of place, but that depends on what kind of atmosphere you’re after. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating

We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel

2) BEWARE: the whirlpool is not free!! It costs 20 euro per person. 3) We had some issues with our ac. Although we were able to adjust the settings and to put it on, it kept on going off after 10 minutes or so

It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.

The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my luggage and were very supportive during both check-in and check-out

We chose this hotel because it was only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made it very convenient for staying in Florence the night before our flight home

The staff of the hotel was very nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed that they had a shuttle that would take us to the tram to get down to the city center

Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free

Too bad though that the chairs in the terrace were uncomfortable and rusty. The pool and hotel terrace view are much smaller than the pictures but they are well maintained

The breakfast area and outdoor area were beautiful and we wished it had been a bit warmer so we could enjoy the courtyard and the pool

We asked if we could change to one of the rooms we could see beside ours that had the same size deck with no roof over it but we were told (quite rudely) by the man at the front desk that we hadn't booked a room with a deck! Otherwise, the staff were very nice!

The "deck" was large enough for one person to step outside on - half of it was covered by a roof so, while there were two chairs on it, only one person could sit - the other would have been bending under a roof

We would come back again! On the slightly negative side, the room was hot but we had a door to a small step-out deck that allowed some air into the room - we slept with it wide open to give us some air flow

Centrally located, beautiful rooms, 2 free waters per day in a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, set in a beautiful room, with art painted on the ceilings!

Some of rooms are oddly configured since they were put into original villa but al in all a good place to stay

As a radical night owl, I absolutely loved it that tea, coffee, and tasty biscuits were available in the breakfast hall 24/7 for self-service

The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance

The suite we booked is in Rococo style. It's very beautiful and clean. There's also a super delicious dessert shop called Iginio Massari opposite. I've been to Florence many times and this hotel is my favorite

It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called "Master Ba"

Very good hotel! Convenient location, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, hotel-museum. The breakfast place is simply amazing. One of the best hotels I've visited.

If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop

Of course, if you want to go to the main building for breakfast and dinner, it is no problem. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the main building. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take an electric car

However, the basic room type is not in the main building, but in another building, which has a seafood restaurant and a separate breakfast room

The service is perfect, the hardware is perfect, and the restaurant tastes good. The basic room type is spacious enough

The yard is large, and the outdoor swimming pool is not heated and is very cold.

Hotels of this style in Europe are not staffed all the time, like in the US. This one had a policy that you had to call prior if you were going to be checking in later than 8pm

The Tourist house was very charming, while the furnishings were old, the price was right and the location was excellent. The bathroom was good to great

When the person came to let us in, they were very helpful and friendly, even though we didn't follow their rules and call ahead

We didn't have a phone, so we weren't able to call. Instead we had to ask a local Gelateria to use their phone

I recommend everyone to go to this hotel, the cleanliness, the punctuality of the delivery room, but, above all, to the point where it is and the price, I recommend to the owners to modernize a little bit the structure.

Comfortable and clean, breakfast was high quality with a lot of choice and staff were nice. The lobby and bar was very comfortable and really good to hang out in.

the spa jets for the foot bath only working on two, ordering a breakfast yoghurt without nuts and recieving it with 2/3 nuts and room wise: the wardrobe door not closing all the way, the mini fridge not being cold enough (personal preference of mince so do take with a grain of salt) and the shower having mild rust on the outside but other than that everything really was amazing

It's a bit different from how it used to be, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are well-cleaned. The absolute best part? The Duomo is just a 5-minute walk away, haha! Other spots are also easily accessible

The breakfast is not only excellent, but a huge bonus and the lounge both inside and outside the breakfast buffet in addition to the beautiful outdoor deck upstairs on the 6th floor with an amazing pool & panoramic view of the city was wonderful to relax and enjoy

I was afraid that I would go out shopping and would not be able to check out in time, so I told the front desk staff about it. The front desk staff was very considerate and extended the time for free

Hotel reception staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, AC was good, showers and restrooms were good. 11 of us arrived after travelling from the states. There were adults and children 10 to 15

Had a constant challenge to get milk and coffee replaced every day! The swimming pool was closed and this was not made obvious at time of booking and felt misled

So be prepared to walk a lot every day. The breakfast that was included in the room price was ok but very simple. A poridge or an omelet woul cost extra. A picture of our pyjamas after the room was tydied

My wife and I spent a week here and had an exceptional experience. Firstly, the staff was, as you'd expect, top-notch helping arrange transportation, city visits, etc

We just completed a stay the Sina Villa Medici, Autograph Collection in Firenze, Italy. We stayed one night on points and were very disappointed. First, the staff is excellent and very friendly

Second, I understand we were staying using points, but the room and the floor we were in had a very unpleasant odor and we were told no other rooms were available

Third, the shower/tub was very small which made it very difficult to shower and water would get all over the floor. Overall, a big disappointment

I want to especially call out their service in working with me for a surprise birthday flower arrangement. We talked through budgets, color scheme, flower types ahead of time and it was executed perfectly

If you are looking for a little escape outside the crowded downtown, this is the right place. Only 15min walk to all important attractions. With a Little Garden and a nice pool.

Two Room apt was really nice and the beds comfy. The AC worked great as temps reached 100+ this week. Breakfast was great too! Short and safe walk to all the main attractions. Grocery store about 100 ft from entrance

We were initially placed in the Annex and asked to be moved to the main house, and Hotel Royal was glad to make that change for us. This is a great hotel for Florence, particularly for those who are driving

The hotel actually has a parking lot in front and so we were able to park right in front of our room - how rare is that in a city like Florence

The nearest attraction is Piazzale Michelangelo, you can run down the mountain, very comfortable. Now there is only one restaurant, breakfast and dinner are eaten in this restaurant, breakfast is good, dinner is average

It's really beautiful, very beautiful, but it's too expensive. The front desk is very polite and welcoming. The breakfast is too expensive and not delicious. The place is really beautiful and worth going

It is located in a great setting on a hill south of the centre 15-20 mins from Ponte Vecchio (the hotel has a shuttle service if you don't feel like walking)
