Lots of amenities and very close to the train station. Steps away from supermarket and laundramats too

if you come from the airport and take the direct tram it drops you in front of the hotel, next day i was able to take the train without dragging my luggages across town. the historic center is only a few street away

The room was filled with unpleasant smell, the bathroom was pretty clean Services here are great but the room itself is pretty old Very close to the SMN Firenze

After checking in, I noticed the bathroom also smelled really bad, particularly around the toilet, like a sewer. Both the showerhead and sink faucet had a cheap, plastic-like odor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, the shower had very low water pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent

The room’s ventilation was also quite poor, and during winter only heating was available, with no cooling or proper air circulation

We also want to thank Manager Petra, whose thoughtful leadership and empathy made our experience even more special, and the tall gentleman at the concierge desk, who provided excellent recommendations and gracious assistance throughout our stay

We walked from the train station to the hotel and the staff saw us coming down the street with luggage, they did not walk, they ran to us to help. It was an Unbelievable welcoming and it did not stop then

Great staff, elevators were quick, room service prices were reasonable for breakfast, they were generous with water in the summer, air conditioning was incredible in the summer, perfect location amidst everything yet feeling like a retreat

Every night, there was a turndown service, even for a small sofa, and they provided soothing tea bags and an eye mask before bed. On our first day, we even received a complimentary bottle of wine in the room

Great hotel in the heart of Florence. It has a modern style decoration. It is good if you don’t enjoy very romantic and traditional decoration which is very common in Florence hotels. Bathrooms are particularly spacious

Super clean, staff is very helpful. There is valet parking (before 00:00). Very secure, locks the doors in the night and during the day entrance is via room key

And speaking of relaxation, the bedsheets were incredibly comfy - easily among the best we've ever experienced at a hotel
