The gym and pool are really nice. Room is s o spacious. Staff are helpful and their free laundry saved our long Europe trip. The vibe is good. The only thing is not exactly right in the city center but still managed to walk around 20 mins then you are at the most famous dome.
Quite nice hotel. Front desk is very friendly. Everything was fine. Room was decorated nicely. I would book this hotel in any city avaiable
Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view. However it’s much smaller than it looks in the photos. Highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Florence
Its a cool hotel concept with shared living and working spaces. We only had 1 night there so we weren't able to fully embrace the culture there, but I imagine it would've been fun connecting with other guests in the many fun areas around the hotel. Location itself is pretty good, not too far from everything, including the train station
Great location! All tourism spots are in walkable distance! And we enjoyed walking around the city very much! Their facilities are amazing, swimming pool and gym room are located on the roof top which gives us the best view of Firenze. Their breakfast is highly recommended! Their staffs are always helpful too!
The hotel was in a nice location and the staffs were super friendly too. The only downside is the walls are very thin so we could hear everyone’s voices outside of our room and we didn’t had a good night sleep.

The hotel rooms and facilities were a bit dated, and the cleanliness was only average. Breakfast was pretty standard, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite poor. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, and the 6th-floor terrace bar offered fantastic views.
Everything was absolutely perfect! 👍 It's the closest option to the train station, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip to Florence. It was surprisingly quiet – much quieter than I expected given its proximity to the station.
Extremely close to the train station, the surrounding area is also quite lively, and with police patrolling day and night, it feels very safe. There's a rooftop terrace that offers beautiful nighttime views of the iconic dome. The only drawback is that the facilities are quite outdated.
The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. I even went up to the rooftop in the morning to snap some photos; you get a nice view of the city's buildings, and it's definitely a photogenic spot. The room key had a distinctively large tag, which I found quite charming.
Our first night was in a balcony room, and the view was fantastic. However, the soundproofing was very poor, and I was woken up by loud noises around 6 or 7 PM.
Great terrace view, clean rooms, and a convenient location.

We had a nice stay at the Doubletree by Hilton Florence Metropole. The executive lounge was definitely an added bonus! Just some small pointers that made this stay slightly disappointing. 1) parking costs 10 euro. now you might tell me, bro, 10 euro!!! that's nothing. And you might be right, but still, it just seems like a small way for this hotel to make another 10 euro per customer when the parking...
It happened to be my birthday when I checked into the Hilton Hotel. Even though I hadn't informed them in advance, the hotel still prepared a surprise for me and gave me two bar drink coupons.
Dear DoubleTree by Hilton Florence Team, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful service during my recent stay. Although the hotel is located around 5 km from the city centre, the complimentary daily shuttle van made getting into town very convenient and stress-free. The staff were incredibly friendly, proactive, and helpful throughout my stay. They kindly assisted me with my...
We got a small hotel just outside Florence. We booked two rooms, one for me and one for my teens. The room was pretty big, and the bed was great, super comfy and cozy. The room and bathroom were clean too. Just a small thing, my kids' room (403) smelled really bad from the toilet, stinking up the whole room. But we called, and the guy came and took care of it. He cleaned it with some stuff and sprayed...
Reception staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and well appointed but tea and coffee supplies were not replenished nor were the bathroom supplies. In one room the air conditioning was not working but was quickly rectified when reported. A very nice bar area but very understaffed for the number of residents. We would expect a hotel of this standard to have enthusiastic staff but they didn...
Excellent staff. Rooms are as expected; old and tiny. That is more of a Florence thing as it's a city built on top of several different era ruins from its past. I love it here and I'll come back here. I'm not quite sure about the Hilton Honors benefits though. I have been questioning whether it's worth it so far. Im planning on using my Amex card benefits more going forward

Great location and very friendly and attentive front desk staff. Only about a 7 minute walk from the train station. The restaurant was INCREDIBLE. The BEST hotel we stayed at during our 2 week euro trip. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. They even brought our toddlers some coloring books and teddy bears after we checked in. Highly recommend. Clean, great modern rooms and bathrooms. Walk in showers!
From the moment we arrived, Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi Firenze impressed us with its charm and authenticity. This truly is a 5-star hotel, exceeding expectations in every way. The property is stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The service was exceptional, with staff demonstrating genuine kindness. The breakfast area and outdoor area were beautiful and we wished it had been a bit warmer so we could enjoy the courtyard and the pool. It was not good that the shower room was flooded. The light in the bathroom did not work, which was a problem. The water was sometimes cloudy. If I were to be even more greedy, I would have liked to have a USB port in the room.
Hotel is well located in central Florence with easy access to all major attractions/areas of interest. The room was spacious with a recently renovated bathroom, which was appreciated. We enjoyed out stay at Hotel Croce di Malta. The staff was attentive and the location was excellent and it was easy to walk to all the areas of the city that we wanted to. The courtyard/garden was a peaceful break after the busy streets of Florence. Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views.
Perfect location, just outside of the main tourist areas but easy walking distance from all the main sights. A beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. Nowhere was too far to walk. The room was amazing and the surroundings were magnificent. The staff were fantastic and the bar area was amazing with a live Piano play on each evening.
During my stay, the hotel was undergoing a large-scale renovation. Half of the entrance was sealed, the lobby became smaller, and the rooftop restaurant with a view was closed. It looks like this project will take more than a year to complete.
Superb We've visited Florence several times now and always loved walking pas this iconic building with the view that one day I would stay there. This visit that goal materialised. The Westin is located in a very convenient area you can walk everywhere from there, lots of places to eat and safe area. We really enjoyed our stay 🙏
Was lucky enough to get a chance to stay at this historical property because of a work event we were organizing in Italy. Due to my platinum status, I was upgraded to an Arno view room, and I must say everything about it was stunning. The hotel has a great location with good service, and it's close to major attractions. However, the rooms are a bit dimly lit, and the facilities are somewhat outdated. It was exactly as you expect 3star hotel to be, a bit worn out, but has it's charm. my room was simple, but tidy. Main inconvenience was the bathroom, although clean, it has two downsides: 1) the shower is quite small and when you get inside the curtain is always sticking to you. 2) the toilet flash was broken, never worked on the first try - I had to press many-many times to flush it. Location is just superb! 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and 10 minutes walk to Uffizi. The rooms would benefit from renovation but the hotel itself has a history and a nice soul, and the staff conveys a caring atmosphere. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the main attractions in Florence. Second best thing about this hotel is it's history. Look it up. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was very clean, though exceptionally small. The breakfast was good; the server even came over to ask what kind of coffee I'd prefer. If your budget allows, I'd recommend booking a larger room, as the economy room is truly tiny. The location is quite convenient, just across the road and around the corner from the station. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Rooms are a bit small; they'll offer an upgrade for an extra 30 Euros per night, but even then, the room isn't significantly larger. Amazing restaurant and breakfast service. The reception service is top, everyone is very good, especially Mr. Paolo, always very attentive to making guests feel at home. COMPLIMENTS
