Florence, Via Nazionale 10 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel rooms and facilities were a bit dated, and the cleanliness was only average. Breakfast was pretty standard, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite poor. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, and the 6th-floor terrace bar offered fantastic views.
Everything was absolutely perfect! 👍 It's the closest option to the train station, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip to Florence. It was surprisingly quiet – much quieter than I expected given its proximity to the station.
Extremely close to the train station, the surrounding area is also quite lively, and with police patrolling day and night, it feels very safe. There's a rooftop terrace that offers beautiful nighttime views of the iconic dome. The only drawback is that the facilities are quite outdated.
The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. I even went up to the rooftop in the morning to snap some photos; you get a nice view of the city's buildings, and it's definitely a photogenic spot. The room key had a distinctively large tag, which I found quite charming.
Our first night was in a balcony room, and the view was fantastic. However, the soundproofing was very poor, and I was woken up by loud noises around 6 or 7 PM.
Great terrace view, clean rooms, and a convenient location.

The hotel has a great location with good service, and it's close to major attractions. However, the rooms are a bit dimly lit, and the facilities are somewhat outdated. Thankfully, the bathroom has been renovated with a proper wet/dry separation. One thing to note: after taking the elevator to the guest floors, there are still a few steps to climb—so it might not be the best choice for those with mobility...
It was exactly as you expect 3star hotel to be, a bit worn out, but has it's charm. my room was simple, but tidy. Main inconvenience was the bathroom, although clean, it has two downsides: 1) the shower is quite small and when you get inside the curtain is always sticking to you. 2) the toilet flash was broken, never worked on the first try - I had to press many-many times to flush it. It didn't ruin...
Very convenient location and nice staff. Breakfast is ok even if the organisation and product choice could be improved. The room was simple but ok and clean
Nice place, excellent location, happy breakfast totally recommended
Location and service is great, especially hostess, but breakfast is really poor and hotel is too old, everything looks so worn out
Room were small, difficult to open big suitcases. However location is exceptional and very try convenient
Pompei ruins and dining within walking distance You could eat off the floors, even in the hallways. Staff was very friendly and accomodating, night when we arrived and the next morning.
Excelent location, great staff, a good breakfast. But an excelent price/quality relation. I recomend!!

it is around 6 minutes walk from the tram station. around the property there is nothing much to do. the room is spacious but quite old. for how expensive accommodation in Italy. You had to trade convenient with cost. it is still a decent stay.
Very very nice location! The end of the line from vila costanza. No need to worry about transport
The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.
Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.
Excellent location clean and tidy hotel friendly and helpful staff close to coffee shop Kebab and pizza restaurant and the Conad City supermarket which has practically every item you need
It's a bit far from the city center, but still quite convenient and offers excellent value for money. We stayed for two nights, and the staff were very friendly. Free luggage storage was also available.

Stayed here twice. Charming, historic hotel in the heart of Florence. Easy walk to all the main attractions. Fabulous staff. Beautiful interior design with amazing views. Very nice, affordable breakfast. Would highly recommend!
Location is just superb! 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral and 10 minutes walk to Uffizi. The rooms would benefit from renovation but the hotel itself has a history and a nice soul, and the staff conveys a caring atmosphere. As a radical night owl, I absolutely loved it that tea, coffee, and tasty biscuits were available in the breakfast hall 24/7 for self-service. And if all people in the service industry...
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the main attractions in Florence. Second best thing about this hotel is it's history. Look it up. It's an old palace that was converted into a commercial hotel. The service was also very good. They allowed us to leave our luggage both before and after checkout times in their luggage room for free, which was very...

Hotel Paris is a gem in the heart of Florence. Housed in two historic palaces combined into one, it offers a unique atmosphere that transports you back 700 years. The building is rich in character, and the 8EU (Adult) breakfast was a lovely daily treat. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Duomo and within walking distance of so many iconic sights. You’re truly at the center of it all...
It's close to the station and the view from the room was amazing! The room was quite spacious and had a separate bathroom and shower room, as well as two toilets, which was very helpful! The furniture in the room was stylish and I was very satisfied. I was also happy that they opened the breakfast area where we could eat free coffee and snacks, and I was able to enjoy cappuccino and cocoa. The pistachio...

We needed an inexpensive night at good place in Firenze. This filled our needs perfectly. It's located near main railway station, and was just suitable. We had our room straight away when we arrived before noon, nad had opportunity to rest few minutes before heading to town. Room was very plain and small, but clean. One couldn't expect more for this price.
A very quiet place, nothing fancy, but adequate for a few days. The breakfast was basic, without much variety, but adequate. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi didn't work.
Absolute shithole, quite literally raw sewage leaking from the macerator. Internet down for three days. Noisy as hell despite being the only one staying here.
Adorable, amazing location, super friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet, great value. Our room was super quiet and dark- able.
Basic budget hotel, clean & well equipped. Okay for our 2-day stay in Florence, close to station and for sightseeing. Breakfast not really up to much, hoped for toast or ham& cheese rolls.
The Tourist house was very charming, while the furnishings were old, the price was right and the location was excellent. The bathroom was good to great. Hotels of this style in Europe are not staffed all the time, like in the US. This one had a policy that you had to call prior if you were going to be checking in later than 8pm. We didn't have a phone, so we weren't able to call. Instead we had to...

Great hotel in Florence! 24hr front desk, great breakfast with plenty of options, beautiful green space in the interior, plus nice sized room. Right by a bus stop and park. Mile walk to the Uffizi gallery.
This place is clean with good location, security and breakfast. The clerk was helpful. Only issue was with mosquitoes. There is a bus to the Central train station but it's walking distance anyways. Everything in Florence is also walking duy
Good day, this is one of the best hotel that we stayed in, from the Amazing and Beautiful structure going to the best service coming from Mr. Adriane at the reception and the owner is very Accommodating, our is one of the best in that hotel and the breakfast outside the garden is WoW
The hotel has a lot of charm and the rooms are all unique. It’s in a great location and is close to excellent restaurants and main attractions. There’s a beautiful garden courtyard and staff was friendly. Adrian, who runs the front desk over night, was definitely the highlight of our stay. We stayed here for five nights while visiting Florence. The hotel is in a good location with a vast array of restaurants nearby, we particularly liked Il Vegano nearby which was terrific value and great food. The hotel is cheap, clean, well located and the staff friendly. The breakfast is correct (the coffee machine might need a clean!) The major inconvenience (in our room at least) would have to the noise coming from the pipes and the general sound insulation.
Very nice hotel in the heart of Florence. Very nice and spacious rooms. Nice service. The breakfasts were absolutely great. Inside a beautiful but smaller garden. Elevator available as well as paid valet parking. I highly recommend a stay for just one day.
The hotel was right in the centre. It was well equipped, new air-condition was convenient in hot days, bed is so comfortable that I claim it was my best sleep in hotel ever. Hotel continental breakfast was the other best experience in this hotel as there is plenty of delicious items you could wonder (do not expect hot eggs) with the pretty view of the city. Great value for money! Breakfast is above expectation, savory and sweet food, fruits and good coffee too. Highly recommend it!
Unprofessional conduct, although polite and friendly! Here is my story of three days there: When I was checking in,the A/C was already broken and no one told me! If you are looking for a hotel close to everything in the centre of Florence, this is it. Also if you are by car - there is a garage close by. The hotel overall looked good we really recommend the restaurant but the room we got had a REALLY REALLY strong sewage smell, it even woke me up in the middle of the night and had to open the window. Good size room and very comfortable. If your room is facing the main *****, it could be quite noisy late night when other tourist are drunk and speaking very loudly. Tourist tax only in cash. So have some cash with you as they don’t accept card for that.

This hotel is very close to the city center. And the stuff was very nice. We arrived early and parked our car there after we checked out.
The hotel is located half an hour's walk from the train station, a little less to Santa Maria del Fiore. Right next to the hotel there is a bus stop, from where a bus goes directly to the train station (relevant if you have a lot of luggage with you, the narrow streets of Florence are not conducive to walking with luggage). My room was large, spacious, beautiful. Breakfast can be rated at 7.5/10. I...
I stay at this hotel almost every time I bring a group to Florence for business. The price is quite reasonable. The rooms are a bit dated, but I guess that adds to the character of the building. When you step into the hotel, it feels like you have stepped back in time. As for customer service, most of the staff need training and are a bit impatient. But the people outside the hotel are very polite...
Enjoyed my stay! However, I recommend reaching out to the hotel before arriving to ask for rooms not on the ground floor as it might be noisy since 5 close to the lobby. Luckily, I got a quit room on the 1st floor, so I enjoyed a pleasant stay 🙏
About 20mins walk to the city center, which is convenient.
Elegant and beautiful interior. It’s great to have the showering machine in bathroom.
I visited the hotel with my family. The staff was very friendly and kind. The triple room was big, clean and the beds was very comfortable. The breakfast was good.
