Services was good, no complains, worth for the money

Great location, easy airport and city access, very convenient stay. Well located next to the airport - 5min(15Euro) taxi drive to the Vespucci airport. Well connected to the city centre by tram (10min).

Everything is fair to me with this price. The hotel is close to the tram station, so you can easily get into the city centre. I love the room with a balcony. But somehow my room is near the elevator, you can hear noise when people using it.

The food, people, and location are really nice. However, the facilities are old. The door frame of the toilet suddenly dropped off and nearly hurt my friend. I hope they can improve them. Also, it is very safe for ladies to stay. The location is quiet and safe even at night. Although there isn't any elevator, the staff are friendly to help you to put your luggage to your room.

It was very clean hotel. Service and staff members were amazing. We had a great breakfast. The only point I'm taking off is the location, it is kinda a bit far from the city center. But not so far from the train station. Our overall stay was good. Thank you again!

I booked single room but the space was too small so I upgraded to double room. The location is strategic and easy to access to the places I wanted to visit. Overall good stay and comfortable.

Beautiful place, really enjoyed staying there. Great location nearby everything you need, very attentive staff. The location is so-so, and the facilities are rather outdated.

I stayed two nights. It felt a bit old and was quite far from the attractions. It had a retro feel, which was nice. But it didn't seem very clean….. There weren't many convenience stores around. There was a decent pizza place nearby. Other places were just average. I wouldn't recommend it 😢 but the price reflects that, haha…. We had an excellent stay at hotel Albergo in Florence. The hotel is perfectly located: close enough to the train station to walk and a 5 mins walk to just about every attraction you can imagine. Nice comfortable room with AC and a private balcony overlooking the street out front. Can't be skinny enough to be able to take a shower and close the shower, so just resign yourself to spraying a bit of water and put one of the bidet towels on the floor to soak it up and you'll be ok. The hotel was pretty old and the room was pretty small. The room was okay clean and there we're no issues of any sort of bugs/bedbugs. Breakfast and wifi were included. The location was excellent though. Only a 7 minute walk to the Doumo and about a 12 minute walk to the bridge.

Located within minutes from the train station. Walkable distance to all major attractions. I am impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a bus stop right in front for exploring the city. The room had been renovated and felt clean. However, the hotel only provided heating in February, not air conditioning, so the room was a bit stuffy and required opening the window. It was also a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road and restaurants.

The rooms are pretty small and dont have many utilities, but they were pretty clean, the bedding was changed almost daily. A fabulous find! We needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours before our journey home. The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside. A real life saver!
