The hotel rooms and facilities were a bit dated, and the cleanliness was only average. Breakfast was pretty standard, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite poor. On the positive side, the front desk service was excellent, and the 6th-floor terrace bar offered fantastic views.

Everything was absolutely perfect! 👍 It's the closest option to the train station, and I would definitely choose it again for my next trip to Florence. It was surprisingly quiet – much quieter than I expected given its proximity to the station.

Extremely close to the train station, the surrounding area is also quite lively, and with police patrolling day and night, it feels very safe. There's a rooftop terrace that offers beautiful nighttime views of the iconic dome. The only drawback is that the facilities are quite outdated.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. I even went up to the rooftop in the morning to snap some photos; you get a nice view of the city's buildings, and it's definitely a photogenic spot. The room key had a distinctively large tag, which I found quite charming.

Our first night was in a balcony room, and the view was fantastic. However, the soundproofing was very poor, and I was woken up by loud noises around 6 or 7 PM.

Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. We needed an inexpensive night at good place in Firenze. This filled our needs perfectly. It's located near main railway station, and was just suitable. We had our room straight away when we arrived before noon, nad had opportunity to rest few minutes before heading to town. Room was very plain and small, but clean.
