It was very clean hotel. Service and staff members were amazing. We had a great breakfast. The only point I'm taking off is the location, it is kinda a bit far from the city center. But not so far from the train station. Our overall stay was good. Thank you again!

I liked this hotel. In my opinion, we have points to upgrade (as you see, is an old structure) but except this everything as okay. There is a modern shower and comfortable beds. The localization is interesting, because you ar at 5 minutes walking from the train and 13 from Santa Novella. The service is good too. All the employers are kind and always have give me the informations and gold tips.

This hotel is in close proximity to the train station. The front desk is very helpful. The room I got was large. Its not a luxurious room, more like a hostel grade room, but you get everything there including a kitchen.

Beautiful place, really enjoyed staying there. Great location nearby everything you need, very attentive staff. Only issue was when the man who brought our luggage that was stored with them he dropped it hard on the floor so could’ve damaged fragile stuff inside the bags. But everyone was kind and helpful. The location is so-so, and the facilities are rather outdated.

I stayed two nights. It felt a bit old and was quite far from the attractions. It had a retro feel, which was nice. But it didn't seem very clean….. There weren't many convenience stores around. There was a decent pizza place nearby. Other places were just average. I wouldn't recommend it 😢 but the price reflects that, haha…. If you don't care about the price, you can check out other places.

Everything is great. The hotel is wonderful. There is a shop nearby, we walked to and from the station easily. During our three days of stay we never used public transport, because everything is nearby and we walked around all of Florence. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

An old-fashioned hotel. The keys are unique, and you have to leave them at the front desk when you go out. Breakfast is always cold, but they politely ask if you'd like coffee, tea, or something else. It's very close to the attractions.

We had an excellent stay at hotel Albergo in Florence. The hotel is perfectly located: close enough to the train station to walk and a 5 mins walk to just about every attraction you can imagine. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a bus stop right in front for exploring the city. We walked to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Zhongshi Market in just over 10 minutes. The room was very clean and had ample space for three large suitcases. A fabulous find! We needed a place near the airport to rest for a few hours before our journey home. The rooms were clean, functional and cool! Even though they couldn't guarantee an early check in, the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel has a pretty terraced garden for those wanting to sit outside. A real life saver!

The room had been renovated and felt clean. However, the hotel only provided heating in February, not air conditioning, so the room was a bit stuffy and required opening the window. It was also a bit noisy due to its proximity to the road and restaurants.

The rooms are pretty small and dont have many utilities, but they were pretty clean, the bedding was changed almost daily. The bed however is pretty small and its not a queen size but two small matresses, which was a bit annoying. The staff was nice. Breakfast was mediocre, but good for the price paid.
