Loved the stay since it's in the city center and close to all the historical places. only the internet connection was a bit of a concern. was sorted immediately once reported.

Location was excellent, right in the centre of everything. The room was lovely, clean and air conditioned, which I'm the heat Florence was having when we visited was well needed. Only negative thing was car parking was paid parking in nearby car park, as it's the case with most hotels in central Florence as there is very limited parking.

the location is good, but one of the staff in the reception was awful and so rude. I didnt do wrong but he treated me so badly with no reason. Im so upset and disappointed in such city named 'tourist attraction' . In addition, the blanket was full of someones' hairs... Furthermore, Wifi is not working well. Last, the heating system doesnt work at all in the room even in such cold weather. Please reconsider in booking this hostel. I want to receive the apology from the staff seriously.
