Worst experience we have ever had while traveling. We arrived at the location and a woman came downstairs to begin asking for my booking information. All she did was shake her head and say “sorry I don’t know.” She proceeded to get in contact with the owner and put him on the phone. The owner proceeded to tell me they cancelled our reservation. We received NO cancellation email, NO warning, absolutely nothing. In fact, I received a Google confirmation just 12 hours before arriving. Such a poor experience with extremely poor management. They were zero help in regards to helping us find a place to stay...even though they cancelled on us without even a simple email. Along with that, after emailing them with the issue, they responded saying “we have no fault.” Would never recommend to anyone. Simply the worst experience I’ve ever had. So many other better places in Florence, do not waste your time here.

Everything's perfect except the air conditioning wasn't working. Lucky for us the weather at night dropped so no issue with that but if it was hot, I wouldn't have been able to sleep!

With the new management seems to have been completely transformed: brand new rooms, furnished with taste and with extreme attention to detail, very comfortable, and each of them with its own bathroom modern and efficient. Every room looks like a small suite! Elisha and Lucy are perfect and make you feel like home! The road is a bit busy but the windows are perfectly insulated and the noise is really almost imperceptible.. we've been there three days with a small baby and we were fine! Congratulations!

Nice and comfy Place. The staff where nice and really helping, the price was incredibly low to be so near the centre. It's a place expecially thinked for young people, there is 2 floor of stairs but an elevator for wheelchair too. I don't like much the toilet, but I was really in the cheapest room of the guest house, and it was all that I can't think about something not completely good.

Very nice rooms, good Service. They are very clean, the beds are comfortable and nice and tight just maybe someone should take a pillow as they are very soft

the manager is friendly and gave us lots of useful tips on where to eat the specialities of the city!
RECOMMENDED! I will stay there again for sure just ricapiterò in the area.

Very nice and clean room in the heart of the city. We literally walked everywhere as it's also close to the main train station. There is a kitchen but no breakfast was included. Checking in was made very easy as the host communicates often and well. No balcony in our room but had a large window. Shower was small and it just enough for 1 person but a minor issue. Enjoyed our stay! Ciao!

The room is spacious, and clean. They clean the entire room up and fold the sheets up very nicely before we came back at night. We really need it after tiring walks around Florence. Good location to the train station and the city. Owner makes you feel appreciated from the key/letter he left us on the first day to the bottle water he gave us before we left.

Very nice staff, gave us a lot of i formation and we're happy to help out. Small little bar area, it was very useful. Only 10 minute walk to get to the main part of the city. Very comfy beds, spacious room, very zen (relaxing), room service was lovely. Makes me want to return.
