We stayed at this property in mid-March and I would also go back immediately !!!! Francesca and her Husband are two delightful people who immediately put you at your leisure and are extremely available to help you find what you are looking for in the area. The apartment is very spacious consisting of bedroom, bathroom with large shower, washing machine, phono, warmer for the bathroom (which is not needed because the apartment is very hot), living room with sofa and TV and a very equipped kitchen where there is also the microwave. The super clean apartment and the vacuum cleaner and cleaning products that I with a small child I found very useful. There is a huge terrace where there is a beautiful view, you can see animals (chickens, rabbits, pigs) and there is also a play area for children where they can play safely. All sweetened by a splendid cuddle in the kitchen where they made us find milk, snacks, sweets, coffee machine with some capsules and tea. In addition, they also provided a ready sauce so that when you arrive and you have not prepared anything you can make do very well !!!! Holiday residence in the hills of the Tuscan Maremma, a fairly dated but clean environment, in my opinion it lacks some small improvements but all in all to be a temporary accommodation it is fine, especially for those who prefer an accommodation away from the chaos of crowded vacation spots. In 5 minutes you reach Grosseto for expenses and all services, the nearest beach in 20 minutes. The friendly owners Alessio and Francesca are available.

Perfectly equipped house, immersed in the tranquility of the Maremma, but not far from the beaches, for this reason but also for the kindness of the owners this year we are back !!!! Thanks for everything Katia Giorgio Gabriele and Matias

Well maintained, clean and smelling apartment, bigger than I expected. Very comfortable bed and nothing is missing in the house. Completely surrounded by greenery among olive trees and the silence of nature. Little Billy also enjoyed it very much. Wonderful place!!! Excellent hospitality, availability and friendliness of the hosts. I hope to come back soon!!!

It was July 2021 and we spent 15 days in total relaxation, surrounded by the warmth of this wonderful family. The welcome of Casa Vacanze Grancia is impeccable. With my wife Sara, our son Mattia and our dog we were able to take advantage of comfortable, well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces and being able to count on the availability of the owners. They also thought about the comfort of our dog, reserving the apartment with a French window on the balcony for us to make everything more practical. It is certainly a place where it is always nice to come back.
