I've stayed at this brand's hotels twice before, and both times I had excellent experiences. This time in Siena, I chose this hotel because it's not located in a restricted area, making it suitable for those traveling by car. It's about a 2-kilometer walk from the hotel to the city center. The front desk thoughtfully provided us with a map and marked the location. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and cost €8 per person, which was quite good value.

Although located on the outskirts of the city, access is not difficult. The facilities are clean overall and offer good value for money. It's a good business hotel.

The staff were welcoming and friendly when we checked in. The staff were knowledgeable and able to give us directions to the sites we were interested in visiting. The room was clean. It was nice to start the day with the buffet breakfast.

Basic functional hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast distinctly average. Bonus is the on site parking, with bus stop near by.

The value for money was excellent, very clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was free and there was plenty of space. We walked into Siena from the hotel, which I highly recommend – we saw places we wouldn't normally have been able to see.

The overnight front desk person is the nicest guy! Really good at his job! I believe his name is Sandu, after a complicated day of travel he was helpful and thorough.

The location was a short distance to town but not walkable due to the right roadways. We took cabs to all of our destinations after an uphill walk to our first destination (Siena is built on top of the hill).
The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting wineries to tour.
The only downside was the room and bathroom
size. To sit on the toilet the shower doors needed to be opened up and there was no space in the main room to sit even tho there were 2 chairs provided.
