The hotel was great, its location is nearby the Termini you can walk to the station for only 10 minutes. Room provided clean bedsheets, it's a bit old style look but at least it is clean. The only downside is the electrcity plug, I only encountered one to charge my phone. Please add more plugs.

Beautiful three-star hotel, with a buffet breakfast that's better than many higher-rated hotels. The staff is very helpful.

Room can be quite stuffy at night and soundproofing is not really good.

Location is good, close to train station and the all the attractions
Breakfast is also good.
However the room is not very soundproof… can hear everything outside

If its your first time to come to siena , you should stay in this hotel because its easy to find , comes with breakfast and so close to public transport , shopping mall and train station .
Rooms are clean and the heater works very well.

Nice and clean hotel near Siena train station with good views. Attractions are within walking distance. I will stay here again when I come next time.

Quite a spacious single room. It's just a short walk from the funicular station (after taking the big elevator up from the train station). The problem was that my ground floor room felt like everyone was making noise right outside my door.

Wonderful stay. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful; the breakfast staff cheerful and attentive. Highly recommended.
