My daughter and I stayed here in October 2025, and for whatever reason (two women travelling together?), they put us in a terrible, small room on the ground floor, with a window that opened onto a dingy street — no terrace or balcony. The room was really clean. The bed was very comfortable that we had a really good night sleep. The service was promptly and helpful. The beach is just across the street from the hotel. The private parking in the hotel cost €10 per day, or you can park at the roadside in the white color box, which could be a little walking from the hotel.

This hotel has very good location, because it is near the beach and sea. It is only a few steps. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good. You can park your car near the hotel on the big free parking place.

It is very close to the boardwalk but the"view" from the rooms isn't worth paying extra for. The rooms are super clean, it has memory foam beds, and a great breakfast with a large variety. There is free parking on the street but it's first come first serve and there are at least 3 more hotels on the road. Their parking is on the side of the hotel in the ally and fits 5 or 6 cars.

Clean room, comfortable bed with firm mattress, very nice and welcoming staff, good parking, good wifi, dog-friendly. Bathroom was clean but shower cabin was very very small, and it is difficult to move inside, even just lifting an arm, your elbow is touching the walls, or knocking stuff off. The location is very clean, close to the beach as you can see it on the map, worth mentioning that is close to a public free beach, public parking for free nearby, free bicycles (very useful) and friendly staff. You may think that the location is expensive but it is the best price-quality you may find in Forte dei Marmi or nearby. Grazie mille!

Clean hotel, very welcoming staff ready to assist you at any time. The location of the hotel is perfect in fact the sea can be reached in 2 minutes. A stone's throw away is the beach promenade with restaurants, shops and much more. Value for money, excellent.

Lovely hotel beautifully furnished with friendly helpful staff. Great location our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Good size rooms which were spotlessly clean with good quality bed linen and towels.

My husband and I like space and freedom so we opted for a flat rather than just a hotel room. The very polite and courteous G.M. Mr. Dario was very accommodating and provided us with a lovely well equipped sea view flat which we enjoyed for a whole week. Highly recommended, without hesitation.

Excellent location by the sea, all amenities within walking distance, very kind staff and always very willing to fulfill every request. European breakfast has it all and if something is missing they get it for you, I recommend the great pancakes. The quality of the food is truly amazing always very varied and all great better than many 5s I have been to. The only flaw is the small pool but at the bottom...

The Hotel complies with all hygiene measures. Wonderful view, great breakfast, gluten and lactose free breakfast available, friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel is very close to the beach. We will be happy to return here.
