We spent a week on a family vacation and we enjoyed it very much. Excellent location, in front of the promenade that leads to Viareggio and the sea.
Very kind staff, from the waiter to the fantastic lady who makes up the rooms, without forgetting Rebecca, the owner.
Buffet breakfast, sweet and savory, with fresh fruit, good and plentiful.
The simple and clean room, with a fantastic seafront view (you can request it, other rooms don't have it), air conditioning, fan, wifi.
If I have to point out an improvement, the style (tiles, furniture, floors) is a little old, but nothing special.
Structure accessible to people with disabilities.
