A VERY COMFORTABLE hotel near the station, the city center, and the barracks.

I must say it exceeded my expectations. A simply wonderful 2-star guesthouse. I stayed here for Valentine's Day in Terni with my husband. It's a great location, near the Foligno train station. Very friendly staff. They gave us a 5-star welcome. The room was small, simple, but very cozy, and above all warm and draft-free. The new, warm bathroom had clean, fragrant towels and sheets. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was well-stocked, with croissants, donuts, tarts, yogurt, butter, cereals, fruit, bread, ham, salami, cheese, and, most importantly, coffee and cappuccino from the bar, not the vending machines, which is a lot. What more can I say? I highly recommend this property if you don't want to spend a lot of money. We had a really good time, and we'll definitely be back.

Convenient central location with parking. Train station near the hotel, comfortable warm and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Surely we return
