Fantastic location, waking up to the view over the lake every morning for 2 weeks was blissful. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. The food is superb. Wonderful holiday and returning home refreshed and happy!

Location is great. Breakfast is very low quality though, scrambled eggs and sausage inedible. Breakfast staff was not very kind. Rooms are ok but not very new and too baroque for my taste. Was a disappointment, would expect a little bit more from 4 stars.

Great location, terrible services. Waited 3 hours to get the wrong drink at the poolside bar. At dinner, never got our drinks or dessert menu. Servers had no idea what they were doing, just saying yes to everything. Couldn’t even get the bill right and the front desk of the hotel didn’t help. Made me wait since they messed up the bill in case I had to pay 5€ extra or something around up. Turns up the difference was in their favor so they didn’t pay me the difference (I didn’t care but they shouldn’t even have made me wait at the lobby for their mistake…)

We have had a lovely time here in a beautiful peaceful location overlooking the lake. After visiting more touristy towns it was lovely to return here. A short walk up to Gardone Riviera with shops and restaurants (Recommend Wimmer), or a 25 minute walk down to beautiful Salo. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms comfortable.

A (max) three star hotel with a four star location. The view from the hotel pool is beautiful and the restaurant (which has clearly been refurbished more recently) is excellent, with lovely helpful restaurant staff who made the evenings a great experience.
However, the interior of the hotel, rooms and reception staff really let this hotel down. In particular: the room decoration is very outdated, the toiletries in our room were never replenished, the TV didn’t work and above all there was a disgusting toe nail clipping in our room one day.
The hotel also disappointingly charges extra hidden costs - 5 euros to change a pool towel and 20 euros to use the spa. This hotel needs some serious investment to provide a four star experience.

We had an excellent stay! Our room was in the 3rd floor with a view on the lake, the rooms may be a bit frumpy for some people but you have to keep in mind that the hotel is one of the oldest at lake garda, and the owner wants to keep the old charm what we fully understand. The breakfast was o.k. nothing to fancy but all we needed surely. The hotel staff was very pleasent and helpful, unforfunately the hotel is already booked out for the whole summer 2022. Maybe we will come back next year then.

We came there by chance and fell under the charme of this Fantastic place .. lake access - smiling team and Italian style family hotel size …. with Art Deco pool - bravissimo !

Starting with the best: location is great, you can enter the Garda Lake directly. Also standup paddeling is free of charge for guests.
Breakfast: fresh pressed juices like celery or orange, good egg dishes, really great cakes, awesome Italian sausage, a range of cheese, Prosecco and coffee from the bar. Very fulfilling experience.
Rooms: alright, clean and spacious (4 out of 5)
Service: everyone was kind, sometimes it took a while until service came. Receptionist were also kind, but not great. (4 out of 5)
We recommend the experience :)

We happened to stumble upon this fabulous hotel because it was on the water. Little did we know what a gem it really was. Everything about it was friendly and professional. I don't think the staff ever slept! Up first thing, serving breakfast until after dinner drinks in the late evening. A FIRST CLASS OPERATION without the high cost. What more could you ask for??
