I booked a room at this hotel primarily because of the air conditioning. The AC didn’t work, and I spent three nights in suffocating heat — 29 degrees in the room. I reported the issue, and the next day they brought a fan to my room. When I checked out, all I heard from them was that they were sorry.

This was a pleasant 1 night stay in the center of Garda. There was confusion as to where we had to check in on arrival as it was at another hotel called the 'Astoria' and we were told that by a guy who worked at the cafe below Hotel Alla Torre. We checked in Ok and our room very basic but clean, bathroom has a tiny shower that you can just about squeeze in! Overall the experience in Garda was good and the 1 night in the hotel is passable!

It's a very cosy place to stay here in Garda. They have their very good coffee very tasty snacks and an very friendly staff. It's called now “Art Cafe“ and bed & breakfast.

We are an Irish/Italian choir and were on route to Trieste to perform at the James Joyce Summer school. We stayed two nights in Hotel Alla Torre and found the experience fantastic. We extended our stay by 5hrs so that we could enjoy the Garda experience for longer. Over forty members stayed there and found the hotel so obliging at every request. Dinner was prepared for our large group and all tastes were catered for .. vegetarian & gluten free. The rooms were charming and a good size and spotlessly clean. They provided a space so that we could rehearse and we thoroughly enjoyed the Salsa dancing on the little square. I would recommend this hotel and Garda itself for a holiday. Thank you we will be back.

Can't do half stars but 3.5. food was pleasant enough, staff do what is needed nothing more (nothing less) but overall not wow. Location is good, but where isnt in Garda?

Delicious Gluten free Pizzas! Really tasty An extensive Menu clearly stating what could be Gluten free or vegan. A very friendly host, great location on the waterfront and a pleasant atmosphere. We would strongly recommend it for those with gluten allergies and look forward to eating there again soon.

Very good location on the beach promenade. A hotel that has its own restaurant. Breakfast was included in our price. The rooms were cleaned every day. Ac was set a bit stingy from the owner. The location is top class. In the middle of all the restaurants. It took about 15 minutes to the beach. The four of us are very satisfied with the accommodation. Very affordable accommodation. If you come by car, you can drive in and unload, but there is a large parking lot across the road. It cost €12 för 24 timmar.

Super cute location. Option to sit inside, outside with a view over the lake or in a small Italian alley. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. The Italian desert for two and macaroni arrabiata are good suggestions.

Could of sat outside of here the whole holiday long. The food was beautiful and all the staff were really friendly. My partner and myself are vegan and they were more than happy to accommodate us. We went twice on our holiday and the second time we watched the sunset. It was absolutely stunning. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly be back on our next visit to Garda!

The staff was not welcoming, they just said at 13h that the kitchen was close and they could not serve us.

Food was delicious, unfortunately service was awful. Not everything was delivered what was ordered. Waiting time very long, approximately 45-50 min to get snacks, 30min to get wine. Young waiter mixed two table orders. Unfortunately can't suggest this place to others.

First of all I don't think that young boy (who was our waiter) is owners wife. I know what pizza is and I didn't order it. My behavior was very calm, didn't say nothing regarding waiting times or not served brucheta.
I don't think that somenone need 30min to serve wine.
P.S owners wife was very smiling, nice and polite.

The hotel is little but cosy. Rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable except that we had windows to the street, but over all... we really enjoyed our time here, specially service which was all the time excellent. The personal and owners were so nice to us that we will never forget them. And the restaurant is really nice too. Specially the part right next to the lake. ;) We loved it. Thank you!
