Lovely quiet, spotlessly clean hotel. Easy to get to from main boat stop by line A bus. Friendly staff (apart from young lady lifeguard-rude)
Loved being away from the hassle of Venice itself but easy to get there as required. Will definitely be coming back loved it here.

The staff was friendly upon check-in. The restaurant on the hotel premises is of good quality and price, drinks are also affordable. I recommend visiting, also the beach is 10 minutes from the hotel

We booked the hotel as close to a family member however we found ants in the room on the first day (and some were in the restaurant too).
The swimming pool was closed and while the leaflet in the room was saying that the restaurant was opened every day this is not true.
The coffee machine downstairs doesn’t work and there is no room service.
The walls are marked and the wall lamp on top of the bed is full of dust.
Beds were comfortable.
In conclusion the price we paid doesn’t reflect at all the expectations

Loved the Lido area, very quiet and not busy, felt like we were out in the country, close to the beach, great transportation close by….hotel itself is older and rooms run down, great friendly staff, good breakfast every morning

Hotel in a silent way with its own large parking. Great if you are with your own car. But you can reach it also by the public transport easily!

This hotel has such potential. We had two rooms, they were spacious, and the air conditioning was great. However it was clear that they hadn’t been tested out for comfort. The only mirror was in the bathroom, the beds were narrow and the mattresses hard. There was no fridge or kettle and the lift did t always work. The pool is much better than advertised, it’s lovely. But despite being told it was open until 7pm and that towels were available there, on the first night at 6:30pm the pool staff very reluctantly let us use the pool. The 2nd night at 6:30pm different staff refused to give us towels and were extremely rude. The food at the poolside bar was decent one night and just awful another night. The pork ribs were inedible, were or served with potatoes as advertised and the waitress tried to charge us for potatoes when we asked for them. Breakfast was decent. Such potential but poorly executed.

The cleaning level is terrible as the the bedding makes both me & my friend feeling itchy all the time even we have asked for change of room. In the hotel description it said there are slippers provided but this is not true. They don’t provide almost anything.
