Excellent place to stay. Comfortable, clean, warm...no complaints at all.

It was located almost in the center of Venice, so it wasn't too far away. Also, the breakfast was buffet style and there wasn't much to choose from, but it was delicious. The room walls were thin, so you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Also, the cleaning staff throws away anything they deem trash, so make sure to close anything you don't want thrown away.

I had a small double room for one, which had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was rather small, but so am I so that didn't matter.
The continental breakfast was ample, and taken in a pleasant dining room, which opened out on to a courtyard, which I imagine would be delightful in warmer times of the year.
The hotel is very conveniently situated, being 5 minutes walk from both St. Mark's Square and the Rialto, and even nearer La Fenice, and the local Campo San Stefano, has restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes.
It would have been helpful to have been told by reception when I checked out that the nearest vaporetto stop, San Samuele, was on a winter timetable from Nov.4th. That would have avoided a few minutes of panic when I waited there for half an hour at 7am on Nov 5th & then realised none stopped there until 10am - and my flight was at 10.30, final bag drop 9.30.

Location was excellent and staff very nice the only problem we had is that there were many mosquitoes in the room

Horrible pillows, like bricks. There was No AC, so had to open windows to cool down, which let in mosquitoes because no screens on windows, so we couldn't sleep because getting bit dozens of times by mosquitoes. Breakfast was good, but not enough variety. Room was too small, TV too small, TV didn't translate to English subtitles even though there was a function for that but it didn't work .

The first room I checked into had 10 mosquitos in it. Second room I switched to had sawdust on the floor near the windows. Regardless, good value for price

The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I only stayed one night. I would recommend this hotel to college students. It was very convenient and the staff was efficient, but the pillow was so very nasty and it was really noisy. I could literally hear every shower running, door closing, conversations and some weird screeching sound coming from the room next to me. I had to turn the TV on to drown them out. I was finally able to fall asleep around 3am and then a fire alarm went off at 5:30am. Again that pillow needs to be burned. Everything else was decent and appeared clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is nice, very close to all attractions.

The room was five, but not dark at night - light is from the hall was very bright. The room has an angle 📐, in case if you are sensitive.

Trip.com mentions that I have to pay 1.5€, but the hotel took 2€ ☹️
