The location is excellent – close to the beach, the Vaporetto station, and shops. It’s also a great place to stay with small children. We truly recommend this hotel to everyone from the heart!
Rooms are decent size, with good amenities, we enjoyed a balcony overlooking a great view of aged Venetian buildings.

This provides a great option for a cheap stay in Venice, it’s a few minutes walk to the main retail and food offered on Lido.

The proximity to the center for restaurants is okay but no breakfasts even if you pay extra.

However, I was satisfied enough as a solo guest.
It was easy to reach from the Lido SME station, very quiet, my room had plenty of light, a desk to do some work, internet was working properly in the room though I was at the second floor.
The bed was comfy, bed linen was clean, the water was warm and shower had pressure, though the shower head had some holes clogged.
All the basics are there, coffee in the morning is included, and -despite the fact that the room could use a deep cleaning - I think it was great value for money, much better than expected given the previous reviews.
This place will be on my return list in my future travels to Venice.
