A beautiful place, very spacious and surrounded by greenery. Nice rooms, clean, standard decor. A very generous and varied breakfast, both sweet and savory. Friendly and attentive staff. Despite checkout at 11 a.m., we stayed until noon in the open park. We'll be back. 👍😊

This was the most perfect hotel! Exquisite service, breathtaking views, gorgeous facilities and the perfect place for some wellness and relaxation. Couldn’t fault it in the slightest and will hopefully be returning!

Our stay here was fantastic. We visited the area for Lake Garda 42 half marathon and the location and facilities were perfect for this. All the staff were brilliant.

We just stayed at Querceto in Malcesine for our honeymoon and I honestly don’t have enough adjectives for how magical this place is. The whole hotel feels like a fairytale, there’s this charm about it that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another world, and I feel so lucky we got to experience it.
The outdoor spa is absolutely breathtaking, like postcard-level views, but PLEASE do not underestimate the indoor spa like we almost did… it’s actually even better. It was one of the highlights of our stay.
And the staff?? I’m convinced they’re all fairies in disguise. Every single person was so kind, warm, and genuinely amazing. Eleonora at the front desk was an absolute fairy goddess 🥹🥲 she made our stay 1000x more memorable, and we would come back just to see her again.
The manager Luca was also incredibly helpful and sooooo nice , only good , amazing and incredible things to say all around!!!!
If you're anywhere near Malcesine, please go. This hotel is something truly special and I’d go back in a heartbeat!!

This hotel is something else. We stayed here for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. The whole complex is beautiful with a gorgeous garden, outdoor spa which took our breath away and beautiful rooms.

The staff is so friendly and kind. Eleanora at the reception helped us with everything we needed, always smiling and happy to answer our questions. The waiters at the restaurant were very professional and also friendly. The dinner was delicious and so was the breakfast.

We are so happy we chose this hotel for our honeymoon and I hope we will come back in the future.

This hotel is worth a visit for the views alone. The rooms are lovely and its the best breakfast I've had since visiting Italy.
The hotel team are amazing - we had 10/10 service from everyone.

My only note would be that the indoor spa is in need of an upgrade.

We just left our stay here and it was nothing less than exceptional. The food was great, the service was awesome. Eleonora (front desk) was amazing. Luca the manager was also amazing. The views were absolutely spectacular! Definitely coming back.

The view from this hotel is absolutely breathtaking BUT that’s about it. Overall quality, service, and value is more of a 3 star hotel which is in need of major renovations and change of management ASAP. The pool is falling apart and no one picks up empty glasses or trash. Guests and staff were smoking in all outdoor areas of the hotel including the pool and outdoor terrace and balconies. There is an overall lack of attention to detail and it’s evident in the rooms as well. Rooms are dark and outdated. The balconies dirty and falling apart. They use the most disgusting room and hotel perfume and despite asking them not to spray our room they kept doing it. For migraine sufferers or those with allergies this will be a nightmare. Breakfast was a 2/5 - overall cheap products with not enough variety of fruits or vegetables.
For the price paid and the location I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Always good to be back in this Paradise! The view, the Spa facilities, the garden, all impeccable. This year we were particularly impressed by the food at dinner: delicious to say the least! Every dish was curated to the details, balanced flavors and great quality. it was the first time that we decided to have dinner every evening of our stay, heads up to the Chef! And excellent wines too! Thank you again to all the staff and the Manager Luca to make us feel at home, once again!

Beautiful property with great staff. You’re better off with a rental car if possible as the beautiful view means it is at the top of a huge hill
