Hotel Querceto by Double Hospitality in Malcesine

We just stayed at Querceto in Malcesine for our honeymoon and I honestly don’t have enough adjectives for how magical this place is. The whole hotel feels like a fairytale, there’s this charm about it that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another world, and I feel so lucky we got to experience it.
The outdoor spa is absolutely breathtaking, like postcard-level views, but PLEASE do not underestimate the indoor spa like we almost did… it’s actually even better. It was one of the highlights of our stay.
And the staff?? I’m convinced they’re all fairies in disguise. Every single person was so kind, warm, and genuinely amazing. Eleonora at the front desk was an absolute fairy goddess 🥹🥲 she made our stay 1000x more memorable, and we would come back just to see her again.
The manager Luca was also incredibly helpful and sooooo nice , only good , amazing and incredible things to say all around!!!!
If you're anywhere near Malcesine, please go. This hotel is something truly special and I’d go back in a heartbeat!!

This hotel is something else. We stayed here for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it. The whole complex is beautiful with a gorgeous garden, outdoor spa which took our breath away and beautiful rooms.

The staff is so friendly and kind. Eleanora at the reception helped us with everything we needed, always smiling and happy to answer our questions. The waiters at the restaurant were very professional and also friendly. The dinner was delicious and so was the breakfast.

We are so happy we chose this hotel for our honeymoon and I hope we will come back in the future.

This hotel is worth a visit for the views alone. The rooms are lovely and its the best breakfast I've had since visiting Italy.
The hotel team are amazing - we had 10/10 service from everyone.

My only note would be that the indoor spa is in need of an upgrade.

We just left our stay here and it was nothing less than exceptional. The food was great, the service was awesome. Eleonora (front desk) was amazing. Luca the manager was also amazing. The views were absolutely spectacular! Definitely coming back.

A beautiful hotel. The outdoor area has a sauna, pool, and ample areas to relax at.

Very nice hotel with very nice garden and pool. The pool is very clean and big but from the quality not the best but okay.
The apartments are a bit old but very comfortable.
The spar area is not for free, just the first time.
And the hotel is perfect located, you have a fantastic view over the Gardasee.
And the Breakfast here is also very yummy with a big selection.

Stayed in a lake view room with a balcony and it was really lovely - great views of Garda and a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff, very picturesque pool area and excellent restaurant and terrace. Would recommend and would also look to stay here again.
