We booked this hotel at the last minute and wasn't sure what to expect. We are so glad we did as we had a wonderful time at the hotel. Every staff member is so friendly, the reception team, cleaning team , breakfast team and all the bar and restaurant teams. They all want you to enjoy your holiday. The location is approx a 20 minute walk from Malcesine and for us it was perfect. We spent a day sat on the provided sun beds by the lake which was so peaceful and beautiful. The food at breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and excellent quality. We also enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant by the lake which was fabulous with wine recommended by our waiter and the icecream was some of the best we had in Italy! We loved our stay and wished it had been for longer. Would happily return!

Very nice hotel. Behind to the Lake. Very open and helpfull staff, e-bike which you can rent from the hotel. Tasty and fresh breakfast and good dinner you can eat at the hotel restaurant. Clean room. Recommend this place

We booked hotel europa for our wedding reception in June '25 and couldn't be happier with our choice.
The food was incredible and the staff were wonderful. The views out on to the lake are superb. Everything was set up perfectly, including a special little spot on the shore to cut our wedding cake. The staff were warm and friendly to all our guests even going the extra mile in learning how to make vegan Lasagna for our grass munching guests!

Simply perfect. When you travel, specifically with a baby, you want things to be smooth and thats what this hotel provided us with. Very beautiful and clean rooms with extraordinary view, great service with wonderful staff, and an exceptional location by the lake and walking distance to the center of the town. We had one of our best holidays and are already looking forward to coming back in the next years.

Lovely hotel. Nice room but expensive. Service not great when the daughter left her mother in charge. She was rude and unhelpful. It was my sisters wedding day and she insisted they didn't have the cake (they did and eventually found it) and were late setting up the drinks reception we organised.
