Park Hotel Casimiro in San Felice del Benaco

Just had 11 nights H/B here with my wife and my sister & her husband. Had a promising start on arrival Beautiful area and Location.
Check in went fine and had help with luggage to our rooms, rooms were fine, spaces clean with lovely modern showers etc.
Quick change then went for our evening meal, Couple of choices including Pork!! Other choices ok but not really of good quality for a 4*Grading. Always willing to give places the chance to impress, unfortunately our next 5 nights were nothing short of disastrous regarding evening meals. Breakfast though was fine.
Firstly the head waiter who i believe was called Mauro? Became the most obnoxious waiter we have come across in Italy, Rude didnt bring our drinks over on 2 consecutive nights, we had to re-order with a waitress , who incidentally was constantly being bullied and shouted at by Mauro, when in fact she was the best server in the restaurant throughout our stay. We never really had any other dealings with Mauro until after i was asked by Anastasia the customer service agent how i was enjoying the food, i duly gave our honest opinion, by this time there had been Pork on the menu at least 6 nights out of 8, we had a discussion over the food issues, including the undercooked chicken served that night. And also the attitude of Mauro towards us and the waitress. The next morning i was serving myself at the buffet when all of a sudden i felt someone barge past me, thinking i was in the way i turned and apologised, only to see it was Mauro and a large space for people to get past, i did not get aknowledged or any apology. And for next 3 days the attitude to our group was close to contempt.
Anstasia did point out we could of asked for something to be cooked seperately for us, but we did not want to make a fuss and we just wanted to enjoy our last few days.
Food was generally poor not sure who likes Pork that much, The Turkey offering on one night was a Turkey With Turkey Roll stuffed inside it and carved as you went up served with the FAT that came with it.
Certainly not Italian Cuisine.
As bad as restaurant was the bar area was full of people going out of their way to serve you and all were extremely pleasant, friendly and proffessional.

It's a great hotel, the staff are all so amazing and friendly. Big shout out to Paula and Alaa who helped my wife with her gluten allergy. They checked in with her every day at the buffet and arranged for suitable food. The hotel is stunning with great views of the lake. The location is a bit difficult if you want to see lots of parts of the lake as there are limited boats and not much in the area. That being said the port is less than 5 minutes walk away.

Just got back from a week at this hotel, wish we had booked for 2 weeks! Great location, spotlessly clean everywhere, good choice of food. Very reasonably priced drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Local ferry port just a short walk away, making it very easy to get to other places around the lake. Lake Garda never fails to make me want to go back, so beautiful.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Casimiro in San Felice! The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area right by the water—perfect for relaxing. The entire Anlage is very well maintained and offers a tranquil atmosphere.

The food was really nice, especially the dinner, which had many fresh and tasty options every evening. A special thank you goes to the two Argentinian waiters, Melina and Sandro, who were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. They even surprised us with a small birthday cake and candle on a birthday evening, which made the stay extra special.

The rest of the hotel staff were also very helpful and responsive. After I mentioned that there were quite a few spiders around the hotel, they immediately took action and made sure the issue was taken care of. It really showed how committed they are to ensuring guests have a good experience.

All in all, it was a very good holiday—we would definitely come back!

We stayed for 7 days in mid august. Lovely clean hotel. We received a warm welcome, our deluxe room smelt really nice upon entering it. We had a great view of the lake on the 2nd floor. Dinner and breakfast was a buffet arrangement. All food was beautifully presented. We ate lunch most days at the hotel and this was always tasty. We paid the 30 euro daily charge to use the skyview solarium. It was a great space, 13 gazebos with a solarium pool. It was never full and the 3 days we used it, there were no more than about 6 people there so it was a quieter option than the pool. I did think the maintenance men could have scheduled their cleaning of the area to before the solarium opened. There's an adult pool separate to the kids pool. The views are amazing. The panoramic bar is in such a great position. A lady sang on 3 evenings and a piano player was there too which was so nice against the back drop of the lake scene. All the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Special thanks to the maitre d down in the bar, Cristina and the other staff in the dining room and in the bar Antonio, Mia, Yannick, along with all the bar and lunch staff for their kind hospitality. The night receptionist this morning was kind enough to make us a tea and provide us with a snack bag breakfast as we were leaving early for the airport. Hotel only a short walk from the port portese for the ferries. Lovely hotel, hope to return one day.

Very relaxing hotel by lake Garda service was brilliant.we chilled out for a week. Very nice place.we had lovely Holiday

Absolutely lovely, couldn't fault this Hotel,beautiful lake view room,very comfortable and very impressed with Bathroom facilities and range of towels. All staff from housekeeping to Bar and especially Restaurant staff.

We stayed here for 4 nights from April 12th and are so glad we chose this hotel. Every part of this hotel looks as good as it does online/Instagram if not better!!! The staff are fantastic and are always happy to help, from the reception team, spa staff and waiters, all lovely helpful people. Absolutely stunning view of the lake from the balcony of our room. My partner treated me to a massage in the spa which was the best I have ever had and I’ve had many of them in England! The food every morning/evening was 10/10. Absolutely lovely guy who played the Piano of the Saturday evening and even played one of my favourite songs, he was fantastic! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay around lake Garda, absolutely perfect place. I felt so chilled and relaxed every single day here and wish I’d of stayed longer. Can’t wait to come back 😀
