Fantastic and helpful staff, and beautiful rooms! Breakfast was delicious, and location convenient for walking to major sites.

I really liked the location! It was super convenient. The only complaint I have is the pillows and mattress we had. They were super hard and gave me seriously bad neck pain. It also made us wake up a lot throughout the night because we couldn't get comfortable. Otherwise, we had a really easy check-in, staff was wonderful, we enjoyed the breakfast, location was fantastic & yea :) overall really great stay!

We stayed 3 nights and had a good time. The hotel is within walking distance from the station. The room is spacious, quiet and well-furnished. The bathroom is also spacious and has, a luxury in Venice, a bathtub. The hotel has less than 20 rooms, so it is not easy to have a breakfast buffet, but the quality of the bread and croissants could be improved (probably home-baked from frozen products). The coffee is excellent.

The hotel is generally OK, but the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor. If you live on the top floor, you need to walk up one flight of stairs. People with large luggage need to pay attention.
When I arrived at the hotel at night, a handsome black guy was very friendly and made a video selling Chinese food.
I'm not sure if hotels in Italy or Venice don't provide free bottled water. If you need it, it's 2 euros per bottle.
When I wanted to check out later, the hotel front desk refused. They said that there were guests who wanted to check in. After repeated discussions, they only agreed to give 30 minutes, but when I came down, there were no guests waiting.

The location is quite remote. It takes about ten minutes to walk across three bridges from Venice Railway Station to the B&B. It will be tiring if you have a lot of luggage. But the room is very comfortable and quiet, and I slept very well. The room is also equipped with Daikin air conditioning, which is very cool. Breakfast needs to be reserved separately. The whole experience is quite good.

The room is large, clean, and cost-effective. The breakfast is simple. The eggs are cold, but all the bread is baked, which is very good. The cakes are also delicious. The location is just hard to find, but it is highly recommended. It is a quiet place
