Very convenient location though which allowed us to walk around until late...and didn't have to worry about taking a transport back to the room
Polite and friendly staff though.
Overall, it's pretty good. Although it's an older hotel, it's clean and tidy. It's quite close to the station, but if you have a large suitcase, you'll have to go over a large bridge with only stairs, which might be a bit tiring.
The room was small (as most in Venice are), but the bed was large and comfortable. The only real downsides were the noise — you can hear quite a lot from other rooms — and the very small shower. It would also be nice to have a kettle in the room for tea or coffee.
Still, it’s a lovely place if you want that classic Venice experience at a reasonable price. I’d stay again, especially for a short trip.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for rest after a full day of sightseeing. The amenities were excellent as well: comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, good air conditioning.
As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and well taken care of. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice!
