Hotel Europa in Verona

Although this hotel is surrounded by a bar and restaurants, it is quiet at night so you still get a decent night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and there is also plenty of choice at breakfast. I will definitely book to stay there again on a return visit to Verona as a tourist in the future.

Great place near the water and main square. Rooms and bathroom are small FYI, and pretty old. But we had a good time and the service was great.

Great location to everything for tourists. Only thing they had nothing in hotel except breakfast. But great little bar right out front door for coffee or drinks.

Needed a last minute hotel in Verano for 2 days. Hotel Europa is clean and in a great location inside city walls. Really good value, no frills and mediocre breakfast but overall very happy with the property and staff.

Great location. Loved the closeness to the center. The hotel and the service was just great. This is a place I would to come back to. Great service with the parking. Could not ask for much more.

Great location, just within the ‘old town’ and a stone throw from the main Piazza and the famous Arena. The railway station is approx 20 minute walk, and flat pavements (in case you are dragging luggage). The hotel is really nicely appointed, rooms are spotless, and it has some really nice restaurants literally at the front door. The staff were ok, but a smile or two would go a long way, as they always seemed to have the world on their shoulders and not giving customers any sense of being welcome. The breakfasts were super, with a many choices. It’s self service, but doesn’t lack anything for guests. The TV in the room has no channels such as Sky News/CNN etc, but are internet enabled if you want to log onto YouTube etc. In short, great location, well priced, super breakfasts - just a smile or two from the staff would make this a 5 !
