We had a wonderful stay. Ivano and his team made us feel right at home and helped us with dinner reservations and taxis. Their location is ideal and perfect to see all the sights in Verona! I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The location was perfect , a nice short walk into the main centre and very close to some nice restaurants and bars. The area can be quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday evening, however this didn’t bother us. The hostess was very welcoming and helpful with any information on travel, taxis, buses etc. The bathroom is lovely and the room was cosy and homely. The breakfast is very tasty, fresh and generous. Would definitely recommend for a short city break to Verona!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is set in a beautiful historic building with so much character, perfectly located for exploring the city. We stayed in a suite — elegant, comfortable, full of charm and plenty of room. Every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful, drawing us a map of everything making us feel genuinely cared for from start to finish. This is truly a must-stay when visiting Verona! There was also a saxophone player playing on the bridge and it was amazing!!

Right in the center of Verona. If you like open windows, consider that people of Veron dine out late and enjoy night walks.

Perfect in every way. What an amazing place. The building is 1000 years old but has been so tastefully renovated.
The suite was spotless and beautiful
Our hosts were gracious and considerate.

The room, location and customer service were received on our 3 night break was excellent.

The only minor thing was that it was a bit noisy outside a couple of nights.

They were so kind and helpful. I absolutely love the receptionist, Rosalyn (sp?). She was great! The room was beautiful and clean, close to just about everything. Quieter area and there were so many restaurants within a block or two.

Shower was great, room was stylish and beautiful. AC worked well. The pillows, towels, bedding and everything were top notch. The bed was very firm (a bit too hard for me).

Charming property literally within steps of Ponte Pietra, arguably prettiest section of Verna. Owner Ivano and his staff really works hard to make guest stay as good as it can be. All furniture and fixtures are clean and functional. Elevator is quite functional. Parking was easy and breakfast was very good. Less than 15 minutes to Arena for opera made it an ideal place for us. Grazie!

Excellent service, beautiful room, would definitely stay again! Breakfast was exceptional too. Recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and a map were given to us on arrival, excellent customer sevice, we felt so welcome. Thank you!
