It’s a very friendly and extremely helpful team that can practically anticipate your every wish. Truly an amazing crew. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast – a great selection, excellent quality, and in this small hotel much better than in most large chains. Highly recommended and absolutely fair in price.

We have been staying at the Fontana every year for many years, and have never considered changing our choice of accommodation. We are more than happy with our visits there, and enjoy seeing all the staff, whom we now consider friends.

This is a very nice and cosy hotel in verona. Plus is the nice garden and the balcony of the room. Very convenient location with a bus stop right infrot of the hotel. Nice brekfast. The garrage is a big advantage also. The only thing I did not like is that the charging station tney have in the garrage is very expensive. They coyld habe been more flexible and allow clients to charge EV at more affordable prices.

Very close to the bus stop, right outside the door.

The staff were friendly.
You need to return your room key to the staff when you leave the hotel, and pick it up again when you return after sightseeing.

The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and the stay was very comfortable. Recommended.

A lovely hotel 20 minutes or so walk from Piazza delle Erbe in the centre of Verona. The staff were all lovely. A special shout out to Filippo who went above and beyond in his service and his kindness.

We had our two dogs with us and everyone was so lovely with them. The fact that there was an indoor car park was the cherry on the cake. Just perfect for us.

From the communication from the second we booked to the wonderful service til the second we left. It was just perfect!

We had a wonderful experience - the staff were fantastic, helping us with buses, information about the Arena where we had tickets for the opera. Breakfast was wonderful, and the lady who does breakfast has a wonderful humour. The room was lovely, with a little balcony onto the pretty courtyard. We were able to park our car securely too.

Great service, friendly staff, tidy rooms and location near the old town of Verona. Public transport was easily accessible and the old town was just a walk away. As a highlight of our stay the staff organised us breakfast on the spot even though we forgot to book it in advance.
