Room is clean. Staffs are very helpful & polite. Love the walking distant to Arena & shopping area. Coffee served during breakfast were of high quality. Parma ham were of freshest quality, love it. The walking distance between hotel & Verona Port Nuova train station took about 15-18min, not too bad.
We were worried about this hotel being a bit out of the way but we were so wrong - it’s in a great location, walkable to the key areas of Verona.
The staff were always super friendly and quickly assisted with any queries.
Breakfast was nice every day, albeit same each day.
The room was a good size and had everything we needed, nice and clean.
We didn’t find the bed/pillows particularly comfortable but that’s likely a personal taste matter and not issues with the provision.
The hotel was perfect for our first time in Verona, giving us a great base to explore and enjoy the city. Very close the Arena so would be good if visiting for a concert there.
The room key was not a card type but an old-fashioned physical key.
The key had a heavy ornament attached to it, but the front desk would keep it for you when you left.
Helpful and polite staff.
I stayed there for one night in a one person room. The room was very nice and clean, the bathroom too. Breakfast buffet was included and tasteful. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the arena and close to the train station, so it is very central. Overall I was very satisfied.
