Gorgeous hotel with helpful staff and beautiful amenities. Loved the spa area. It was off-season so the surrounding area was a bit quiet, but can see how this would be a lovely place in summer as there were lots of dining options and shops. The pool and private beach were great even on a cooler day, and I enjoyed walking along the beach strip each morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend...

A very pleasent stay in Hotel Aurora! The staff is more than professional, they are kind and helpful! The rooms are clean and comfortable. And a huge plus is that there is a nice glutenfree offer if you inform them about your allergies.

Beach was nice and hotel well situated. Problem was at that end of the beach most places such as stores, restaurants and hotels were closed. Hotel Aurora had most beach loungers and umbrellas removed already. The hotel and service was 4 star. Nice place. Rooms were average size.

Lovely relaxing hotel and wonderful Terme. Robes and towels are provided. You'll need a hair cap which can be purchased at the hotel for €2 - for both men and women. You'll need flip flops. There is an outdoor and indoor pool as well as two saunas. There's a buffet breakfast. A pleasant experience.

Helpful staff. Had a full pension booking and was very pleased with the quality of the food and staff service. The baths were great and just the right temperature, even for prolonged bathing. Plan to return soon.

The most amazing thing about this hotel was the suite room I stayed in. It was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a private living room, an extra room, and the main bedroom. Nice hotel. The view was very nice and a 10 minute walk to the lake. The 2 pools were both very nice and big. Breakfast was not that great. The bananas were stil green, the bacon was not baked good enough, the bread was a little old and the coffee was not great. The room was a little outdated but not that bad.

A very very lovely place, just one little “but”. The rooms seriously needs a touch-up/make-over… they are a little 1988-like🙈 But everything is clean and neat, so I would come back anytime❤️

I expected great service from a 5 star hotel. The front desk employees needs better training on hospitality. The hotel manager did his best to resolve any issues we had.

Stayed here at the first leg of our honeymoon in September. This was during the venice film festival. Overall great experience, we had one minor issue where the staff didnt think we were guests of the hotel and refused to serve us but the were able to correct issue.

Great place, I've been there 3 times and I have very good memories. It's not new, you can meet ants but they don't bite. The animation was great, even if you don't understand German language. There is a close connection by bus into the beach.

Well this is my fourth time here.. We had trouble with the fridge first day.. A man came and fixed it.. OMG he was so mad.. It wasn't our fault it wasn't working.. When he left we could hear him swear.. Now to the rules at the pool.. There's not the same set off rules for owners and renters.. It says no animals - a man is walking his cat in the area.. Before entering the pool u need to shower well...

It's the perfect spot for a family vacation. We chose the half-board service, it was a vey good idea. The hotel is away from the beach, but there is a beach shuttle (every 30 min), so it's easy to enjoy the sea as well. I can't say any bad thing about the resort. I'm sure, we will come back.

Planetarium was wonderful this year. Everything ist as wonderful as every year. And the animation this year has been a lot of fun again. Everyone at the animation was very nice to everyone. The facility is great, it provides you everything you need for a vacation - except Wifi. If you can live without it, it is perfect! The room has all necessary equipment and beyond! Older, but nice and clean apartment. Air-conditioned. The WI-Fi and the dishwasher was missing. Well kept garden and green in the whole area. Bit loud, as there is animation every day from 10:00 till 19:00. But perfect place for a family vacation. Beach is a but far, but they have beach shuttle. We enjoyed!

Very convenient hotel near the center of Bassano with private car parking

The Tessarolo Family from Gold Coast , Brisbane , Australia have been coming to the Belvedere Hotel for years and we highly recommend this wonderful establishment. The service is most definitely 5 star in our opinion.

Hotel Belvedere has so much character. The staff are amazing and nothing is ever a bother. You will never go hungry at breakfast, such a variety to choose from. I will definitely be back. Only a 15 min walk to the Piazzas in Bassano Del Grappa and a further 5 min walk you are at the Ponte Vecchio

Beautiful hotel, excellent stay and delicious breakfast

Spent one night in Bassano Del Grappa. Hotel Belvedere was as pleasant an experience as I could hope for. My Italian is as good as my Chinese so there was a need for impromptu sign-language to communicate some ideas. Corteous and polite staff besides the late hour of our arrival. Room was warm and cosy. Will stay again if I'm in the region.

Our family front sea view room was large. Staff was compliant. Excellent breakfast, good dinners and drinks. Very good clean sandy beach in front of the hotel. Hotel offers on site covered parking. You can drive 25 minutes to the closest vaporetto station and have direct line to Venice.

The hotel is located directly on the beach , the rooms are clean but small. The territory of the hotel is well-kept with lots of flowers. The food is delicious and varied, but you have to pay for water and other drinks at lunch and dinner. You also have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is very polite and attentive.

We are here at the moment and we've had an amazing holiday. It's a short bus and ferry in to Venice which was a must for us. I was a bit dubious at first because of the road being so busy with shops and restaurants, but actually it was very handy and you can't hear any noise from the hotel. Loved the staff and location, but they have a rule that you can't bring food into your room. An excellent little hotel on a quiet street in a great location. 5 minute walk to the Fondamente Nuove stop for the water taxi or the airport ferry 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco 10 minute walk to vaporetto 10-15 minute walk to the lovely wine bars of Cannaregio Staff is wonderful. Room had A/C, which was key, but could use a bit of an update. Perhaps to be expected for a historic building....

This place was beautiful and it was in a great and quiet location!! We didn't end up using the whirlpool. You do need to sign a rule agreement if you think you are going to use it. About 30mins walk to tourists attraction in city center. Lidl is 5 mins walk for grocery shopping. Lobby is a bit dated but the room is renovated.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I arrived very late at night (around midnight), but the staff welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel at home right away. I walked past this hotel daily as I was staying with a friend in Padova. This hotel always had the nicest staff and the patrons always dressed very well. The location is great for walking around near restaurants and they will hail a taxi when you want go further. They even went out of their way to hold a lost item of mine at the desk so I could retrieve it. I know when I return, I will stay here

Very convenient location for exploring Padua on foot - everything is reachable in 20 minutes of easy walk. Hotel has a deal with nearby public garage. Staff is friendly and informative. Our room was incomplete. There was no electricity in the sockets except in the bathroom. We had a 2-bed room, only one of which had an socket. The servers at breakfast were rude. I drank my coffee and they took my cup because the table had to be re-set. I had breakfast for 15 minutes, all at 8:30.

Hotel was nice but provided rooms three floors apart for our family of four which seemed odd. When we asked about rooms close to each other, the receptionist treated this as a very strange request. In general reception staff was not very friendly. Location was good, between city centre and station.

We booked this place last minute, driving from Florence towards Venice. We arrived at 10 pm, super easy check in and self parking was a breeze. This is an old villa on a large property. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, it has a golf course, good size swimming pool, old huge trees, a pond and some walking trails within the property. Good hotel. Our room was quite large and clean. The mattresses were good, except for the mattress on the extra bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was relatively large and mostly clean, unfortunately, the door jammed somewhat and was somewhat damaged. The staff was friendly. A wonderful experience, I am disabled in a wheelchair due to multiple sclerosis, and I have finally found the perfect spa for those who cannot walk!!! There’s water public transportation options or 15+ minute walks to the more popular spots. If you plan to use the public transport, consider buying the multi day pass. Absolutely wonderful hotel and a lovely experience! We stayed for a few nights and they upgraded us to a junior suite for free! The room was quiet and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, well air conditioned, and peaceful. The staff were all excellent and happily helped us with local recommendations. They kept our bags for us when we needed it, which was a huge help...

Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby. Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating. I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. This is not noted when booking...
