Polite staff, clean rooms, great fitness center! Breakfast was tasted - the bar lacked a consistent attendant and no snacks - would have spent more time there on the evening if that were more available :)

This is a gem of a hotel in Venice. Murano is a lovely island and very accessible to the main parts of Venice. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and big enough. I don’t understand people and their bad reviews about the hotel. It was amazing the staff so nice and friendly the free shuttle bus was great such a wonderful and pleasant man. The hotel is located in the city center. I spent my days relaxing at the beach, which is less than 5 minutes away, and had the best time.
