My daughter and I checked in and we're given a corner room on the 3rd floor which have a bigger balcony than the standard room which looked over the pool and down towards the beach which was quite nice. It was very convenient because you could take a water taxi directly to the hotel. You can also take a gondola right in front of the hotel, and it is very close to St. Mark's Square. There was an Italian who could speak Japanese, and the staff were all very kind. There was no conditioner or toothbrush, but I didn't mind. The room was very nice.

Nice hotel for the price in the City Mestre. very budget friendly and free parking in their private yard. nice hotel if you are on a car holiday and want to visit Venice you can leave the car and walk 300 meters to bus number 4L which goes directly to Venice in 12 minutes. the hotel staff is extremely friendly and guides you through your trip.

This is a really upscale hotel! The room and all facilities are new and up to date. The bar and especially the restaurant are fantastic. The chef and wait staff are very upscale and the food was delicious. They also have a fine wine selection from all over Italy. We loved our one night stay!

Very nice hotel. There are 4 swimming pools. But we used more the pool with thermal water. You can always find a sunbed around. The spa services were excellent: mud packages and massages were super. Our stay at Palazzo Veneziano was brilliant. The hotel is in a great location on the south coast, and within walking distance of all the areas of interest. The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

Gorgeous and unique experience. We loved being just outside Verona especially as that gave us access to a pool and AC during a very hot week. The hotel is nice and very clean, my room was quite big. The reception and information desk staff are helpful and kind. However the restaurant and bar staff did not have warm hospitality towards foreigners I noticed, really off putting so I didn't go back to them. Location is not the best either if you're going to sightsee then definitely stay in the center, that was my mistake though.

I bought a day pass and was enchanted by the beauty of this place. The outside temperature in late October was quite low, but bathing in the thermal lake was delightful. The food service was also quite good. I'll definitely return when the weather warms up to relax in the shade of the ancient trees.

Beauty find Gorgeous property! Just make sure that if you want to stay on the classic building that you book there. Otherwise, you will be in the apartments which are spacious and super clean, just not on the actual classic building on the pic.

We came first time and were amazed, what a fantastic garden with a private thermal lake, in fact a small lake and a large lake (of course both lakes we man built) but still amazing and worth a visit. We stayed over at the hotel, also great as it includes the free use of the thermal lakes. Btw, the restaurant next to the main building is amazing...great quality food, great taste. This hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the main town where the bars and restaurants are and there are no supermarkets closely so if you don't have a car then be prepared to walk. A lovely hotel, very clean and well kept with a good size pool. It is in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of the centre of Lazise. The free use of bicycles also made getting around really easy. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Bella Lazise. The staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We got a kettle for the room and reception arranged a small jug of milk. Location is good for access to the exhibition area (5 minutes walk), but the area surrounding the hotel is not great. You can't walk to the city centre. We spent 4 nights, kind and friendly staff always available, very nice salt cave, eat decent breakfast in my opinion a bit poor, very central location in the evening you can go out and immediately in the center. We just booked the hotel so we had somewhere to go when we landed in Verona but it was way more amazing that we could have thought. The hotel was beautiful and the views incredible. The included breakfast was delicious!! It was a little cold to get in the pools and we basically got up, ate and left but we would have loved to have stayed for a few days. Will have to come back.
