A great hotel to stay in with lots of historical character. The staff were very friendly, especially Fabio, who was always welcoming. Place is ok. Went to use the in-room glasses only to notice they were used and dirty upon pouring into the second one. Pool area is cute and beach is easily accessible. I can barely fit on the toilet as the sink is jammed in front of it. I smile everytime I walk in at the desk but they rarely lookup or smile back. You hear a lot of noise too. Parking is a nightmare. Definitely not 4 star.

The hotel is very upscale, the rooms are spacious, and there is a large garden leading to the back door directly to the lagoon. Breakfast and dinner can be served outdoors or indoors. However, there are mosquitoes outdoors due to the dense greenery. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco, but passing the main street, there are shops on both sides, so it is not monotonous.

Directly located at the beach with the option for discounted sunbeds and umbrellas in the section that is reserved for hotel guests. Visited this hotel for daughters birthday. Hotel was spotless in all areas and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food but could have been a little warmer. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again.

The hotel has seen a lot better days. I am used to upkeep being different in Italy than it is in Germany, but this was something else. What was once a spa is now just decaying away basically. The only selling point it still has is a fantastic view over Lake Garda and the mountains on the other side of the lake.

An unexpected, enchanting property immersed in the uniqueness of the Valpolicella area. The tru added value is also the quality of tje staff and great culinary experiences.

Gorgeous and unique experience. We loved being just outside Verona especially as that gave us access to a pool and AC during a very hot week. Having a car was key - we did our city touring during the day then took advantage of some amazing restaurants outside of town at night. There are a few nearby and in the hotel. Only negative - AC in our room wasn’t great overnight and TV didn’t work.

The best thermal water with park i have been and experienced. The place is really magical surrounded by nice trees and the cave inside is just fantastic, if somebody find a better place have to let me know, didn’t find yet thermal water plus nice surrounded top!

I bought a day pass and was enchanted by the beauty of this place. The outside temperature in late October was quite low, but bathing in the thermal lake was delightful. The food service was also quite good. I'll definitely return when the weather warms up to relax in the shade of the ancient trees.

Beauty find Gorgeous property! Just make sure that if you want to stay on the classic building that you book there. Otherwise, you will be in the apartments which are spacious and super clean, just not on the actual classic building on the pic.

We came first time and were amazed, what a fantastic garden with a private thermal lake, in fact a small lake and a large lake (of course both lakes we man built) but still amazing and worth a visit. We stayed over at the hotel, also great as it includes the free use of the thermal lakes. Btw, the restaurant next to the main building is amazing...great quality food, great taste. This hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the main town where the bars and restaurants are and there are no supermarkets closely so if you don't have a car then be prepared to walk. A lovely hotel, very clean and well kept with a good size pool. It is in a peaceful location, but still within walking distance of the centre of Lazise. The free use of bicycles also made getting around really easy. I would definitely recommend.

We just booked the hotel so we had somewhere to go when we landed in Verona but it was way more amazing that we could have thought. The hotel was beautiful and the views incredible. The included breakfast was delicious!! It was a little cold to get in the pools and we basically got up, ate and left but we would have loved to have stayed for a few days. Will have to come back.

Location is good for access to the exhibition area (5 minutes walk), but the area surrounding the hotel is not great. You can't walk to the city centre. My wife and I have been in a basic room for 4 nights, very good experience. Room is good, breakfast is excellent (4 or 5 every-day-different type of egg-based items, sometimes even food with salmon, impressive), very kind and efficient service. We would definitively return.

I stayed for a night and I was given a room on the first floor. I had a hard time trying to sleep as I was cold (no heater in the room) and I could hear all the noise from the lobby. Breakfast was good, tho.
