We had superior rooms with balconies facing the hills and hotel next door. You are surrounded by thermal hotels here. If you don’t won’t to be woken at 5-7am every day by rubbish collection, hotel deliveries for the hotel next door keep the balcony door shut and rely on the airconditioning. They won’t tell you at reception, but at breakfast you can order eggs - omelette, scrambled, fried, coffee...

Good hotel. Our room was quite large and clean. The mattresses were good, except for the mattress on the extra bed, which was a bit uncomfortable. We only stayed 1 night but we had a very good time. The hotel is a 3 star and has an internal swimming pool connected to an external one surrounded by a beautiful garden, not too large but pleasant. The outdoor pool is very nice, with a whirlpool and jets. Maybe a little small if the hotel was full, but in our case it was not crowded and we had a great time. A structure organized down to the smallest details. Beautiful hotel with very kind and competent staff. The physiotherapists are very professional and kind to the guests. Very nice with different and well-kept spaces. The pools are spectacular with decks and various types of whirlpools.

A wonderful experience, I am disabled in a wheelchair due to multiple sclerosis, and I have finally found the perfect spa for those who cannot walk!!! The hotel us out of the way if you don’t have a car as no uber or taxi will pick there thats what we found and another pair had the sam issue so we had yo drive and go through the hassle of finding a park in town which is near impossible. We celebrated my birthday with family here. The hotel was fantastic, comfortable and spacious rooms with two types of pillows, a lovely spa style pool with a jacuzzi swim out area and the breakfast service in particular was a highlight. Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby. Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating. I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. Excellent service, clean and welcoming. Although a traditional hotel tailored to north Europeans, it offers a great settings, with excellent food. Convenient 24h reception. I booked at 23:30 and arrived 1h later. Pleasant staff. Close to highway, but nothing arroud the hotel: no restaurant/ bar /shops. Hotel needs refurbishment, 80s style, and room was freezing cold (only by turning at full speed heating i managed to get 19* after 1,5 hour. But great value, relatively clean and convenient for traveler quick night stop.

I don't think the hotel is suitable for elderly or disabled people because there are several stairs within the hallways of the building

The property was clean. The staff was excellent! They were so kind and at every morning breakfast, they remembered our drink order after day one. Everything is great except the wifi. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and well maintained. Service is very good. Breakfast had a lot of options. And the location is also very convenient. The only complain is about the absolutely terrible wifi. When you pay this much and stay at a Hilton, you expect the wifi to be fast and stable, this was clearly not.

Excelent location, the services are first class and the food is wonderful, really wonderful. The staff is really professional, especially Anna Maria. We have been here three times and we plan to return. Adlon hotel is excelent for families with children.

A really friendly and accommodating team! Everyone was super friendly, at reception, at the bar and also the cleaning team. The cleaning team cleaned extremely quickly and cleanly. The breakfast was fine, it was the same every day. The pool was very pleasant. The only thing to complain about was that you only get one pillow, which was quite thin and flat.
