Total relax, wonderful Spa, incredibly good Restaurant. Staff friendly, open minded and helpful. Centrally but quiet located. Possibilities for trips and excursions to Venice and Padova by bus or train. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby, but the food and the choose of wine in the hotel leaves nothing to be desired.

Good hotel for conferences but away from the town centre and cabs don’t like going there and so price there fares accordingly!! The rooms are lovely, the bathroom spacious. However, the showers are open on one end so the water goes all over the counter and mirror. That's inconvenient but liveable. However, in mid-October, there was no AC and the rooms were exceeding hot! It made it hard to sleep and getting ready in the morning was a sweaty mess.

We spent 4 nights, kind and friendly staff always available, very nice salt cave, eat decent breakfast in my opinion a bit poor, very central location in the evening you can go out and immediately in the center. My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!

A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time

We went a long time ago but you come to a dock and busboy comes to grab luggage from it boat taxi. You enter right on the grand canal and if you walk out the back you are a minute from St Marks Square! Excellent location.

One of the biggest disappointments was the shuttle service into town. when I booked the hotel, (which was quite a walk from town) I thought it would be fine, because of the shuttle, but it turns out that it only runs a few times a day and the evening when you want to go into town for dinner, the last shuttle comes back so early that it isn’t viable to use the shuttle...

Clean and comfortable hotel close to Bardolino and Cisano. A great location for accesing all the region has to offer. Great breakfast, we especially loved freshly made juices. The staff is friendly. Had a very warm welcome. The hotel is a little dated, but was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very large continental breakfast. Rooms were great and the staff too. Close to the Verona train station. But a 20min walk to the main proper. And weirdly, my room was very dusty. So I was sneezing non stop. Not sound proof too. Could hear entire conversation of the room next to me.
