Very nice hotel with great services. Nice clean interior, very good breakfast with see view. Nice clean rooms with fan and air condition. We used this hotel during out road trip. Great place for trips to Venice.

We had a 10 day holiday stay at the hotel and I can not think about anything I would suggest to change. All of the hotel staff were extremely friendly and kind which made a pleasant atmosphere. The Hotel is in a very good shape. Modern and very clean. Staff is very friendly. Beach is very close. Only 1 umbrella with two beds are for free for one room. The room is a bit small but it’s ok. Breakfast buffet is great! The only negative was, that dogs are not allowed at the beach.

Everything was very good. It would have been nice if they had rooms with twin beds but the pull out sofa was actually quite comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Beachfront 4* Lido. One of the few 4 star beachfront hotels, and we love it. Spacy rooms. Balcony towards ocean directly. Restaurant fantastic, nearly on the beach. The hotel is nice and very clean, my room was quite big. The reception and information desk staff are helpful and kind. However the restaurant and bar staff did not have warm hospitality towards foreigners I noticed, really off putting so I didn't go back to them. Location is not the best either if you're going to sightsee then definitely stay in the center, that was my mistake though.

It's a nice hotel for a short trip if you want to see some sights at Lake Garda. I can recommend it.

The facilities are quite new, and the service is good. However, getting to the hotel from the station requires crossing 3-4 bridges, which was a bit challenging with luggage.

We spent a week at the Greif Hotel with family. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean, they clean every day and give us clean towels. Breakfast is varied and very generous! The room is quite big. It takes 10 minutes to get to Marco Polo Airport. The hotel has a shuttle service, but it does not cover the whole day. It costs 10 euros per person. The hair dryer is very dirty. I suggest the hotel change it. The breakfast is very average.

We stayed with 2kids (5y and 8y), great location- near to the beach and main street with many restaurants, entertainment etc. Rooms are small, but cleaning is very good, everyday. We stayed as a family in April 2023, overall it was pleasant, excellent value for money. I don't put 5 stars as the pool had a few whirlpools, there is a path with various timed jets that lasts about half an hour and this is very nice and relaxing but when there are many people there is a bit of a queue so it would be nice to be able to opt for other whirlpools, which are few and many not working....
