The location is incredibly close to the train station, practically right next door, and also very near the water bus stop, making it super convenient for train travel. However, if you're arriving by plane, you'll need to cross a bridge with only stairs after getting off the bus, which might be a bit inconvenient if you have luggage. The river view rooms come with a small balcony where you can enjoy the river scenery. I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for an even better view.

Super close to the train station. The hotel decor has a great vintage feel and is very clean. Overall, it's really good! 👍🏻

The hotel facilities were poor, and the service was terrible. They barged into my room twice even though I had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. When I complained to the front desk, they claimed I hadn't put up the sign. I showed them a photo proving I had, and all I got was a simple 'sorry.' The service was awful, and the environment was incredibly old and rundown, like a ** (You've left a blank here, so I've kept it as is).**

The location is undeniably good, just a breeze from the termini. Just be mindful of guys approaching you to help with the luggage at the termini, they kept insisting they’re station staff etc and it didn’t feel safe. Room is good on the whole but I would like to comment about the reception, it was below expectations for all our encounters at the reception, with 2 notable occasions to call out:
1) There was a queue (of 3-4 groups) when we arrived to leave our luggage however the staff was not bothered to open a new counter although we saw 3 ladies walking up and down the reception. It took us like 15-20 mins to leave our luggage, after a second counter was set up.
2) There was just one group ahead of us when we wanted to collect our luggage. They were talking about the room slippers for ~20 mins. The receptionist could have paused their conversation to attend to us over a small matter (room slippers).

We stayed at this hotel on our wedding anniversary. They left a nice note and cookies for us along with robes and slippers, classy touches. I couldn't get over how well the wood shutters, high quality windows and blackout blinds eliminate all noise and light from the canal. Location is excellent, two blocks from the bus, one block from the train. Highly recommend, great value.

One of the best in Venice! It's my second time here and NH had the best experience ever, because of the location and also the staff. They are amazing, kind and helped me to solve taxi schedule 3 in the morning to the airport, me and my wife are so thankful! Definitely recommend it! Great place!

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was behind the Main Street, no noise to hear. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and it's just as wonderful as described. Valentina was an amazing host, waiting to welcome us and making sure every detail was taken care of. It was the perfect home base—we could walk from the hotel to every major historical sites within 30 minutes. The room itself was clean and had everything we could possibly need.

Beautiful view. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Make a reservation in advance and take proof of it with you because when we arrived, the host told me I didn't have a reservation. The restaurant on the first floor has a different menu. Also, if you are not a hotel guest, the restaurant charges you an extra fee, which I believe is very unfair.

Great for taking pictures, food was mediocre at best, simple pasta with tomato sauce took 1 hour, the sauce was dripped into the pan out of a plastic bag (not fresh), steak was served cold and raw even tho we ordered well done, pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimp) was a bit salty. Very expensive and did not fulfill our expectations.

Waiter did not make us aware we could purchase wines by the bottle, even after asking, as he assumed we were there for the bar even though we had a dinner reservation and had food post drinks.
Food was severely sub-par for Venice, especially considering the price.
Great place for a sunset drink however; such a shame.

You have to buy drinks or food in order to enjoy the roof top views even a hotel guest. If guests could bring their own drinks to relax and enjoy the views it would be a different story. The hotel promotes this as part of their hotel, but it comes with a catch, you have to pay for the overpriced drinks or food to stay up there. We were better off having drinks from a near by kiosk and enjoying drinks on the canal. Plus we were able to have 4 drinks for the price of 1 than what the roof top bar was charging.
