It's really convenient for getting to Annupuri ski resort. They have a shuttle service that takes you there right away, and the staff are very friendly.
This is our second time staying at this hotel for the ski season. Although it's a bit old, it offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced. It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts...
The hotel was clean, but the location is not so good for the whole niseko area and their shuttles don’t cover many places.
The service was bad, specially in the restaurant, I always had to have dinner there cause I didn’t have another option during the evening. Everytime I had dinner they wouldn’t even bring forks or spoons to eat even when they already brought the food, they could forget my fork...
spacious room and very clean. the view is to the beautiful mountain.
Dusty room and bad smell, staffs is friendly and helpful. Just next to Ski resort
The room was spacious and perfect for family trips.

Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in. The room facilities are complete and new, with a superb view overlooking Mount Yotei. The breakfast is also quite good.
It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.
Unfortunately the hotel restaurant requires reservations but without prior notice. The restaurant only occupied by 3 tables. Don’t understand why hotel restaurant not allowing guests to use. There are not many food options around the property. End up walking to the convenience store for food. Staying in a very nice hotel and eating cold sandwiches is not I expected it.
It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing. It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air.
Been to Niseko for skiing for 3 years. This is honestly the best price-to-value hotel. You get every essential things, location, ski-in-ki-out, and onsen.
Good ski in ski out hotel, nice breakfast and hot spring to fuel us everyday

The room was spacious and clean. They only came to change the towels and empty the trash every day.
Excellent location with high comfortable living conditions.
This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets. What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk. He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko...
Perfect accommodation experience, clean, well-spaced, and well-equipped. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Niseko
It's clean and friendly.
The room is small, but the bed is spacious enough for four people, so you can sleep comfortably. Mount Yotei is visible from the hotel.
Recommended for rental car travelers.

Location is a little bit away from the ski lifts but they do have a shuttle bus although I wish there were more bus timings.
Staff were friendly and helpful although not all speak English.
Buffet breakfast was nice. We tried the dinner on two nights and they were quite similar. Dinner was a bit on the expensive side so would not recommend eating there mutiple nights in a row due to the lack of variety...
Amazing! We loved hotel Kanro no morí so much and will definitely be back!
Great spot excellent food and service easy access to hirafu by bus and quiet location
The cleanliness was just okay, not exceptionally good, because I stayed for 5 days and the room wasn't cleaned once. The facilities weren't great, but it offered pretty good value for money.
The location is quite remote, and it's inconvenient without a car.
hotel lobby looked very grand, but room was old style toilet had a constant pee smell but other than that everything was clean, and the hotel had a free shuttle bus to annipuri ski
Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind.
However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling…
All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE.
The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes...

Stayed two nights on Feb 8-10th. Very traditional Japanese hotel, feels more catered to local Japanese who speaks language. Location is ski in/out at base of Grand Hirafu resort, convenient for skiers esp those with own equipments, resort has good storage facility! Minimart & vending machine in hotel makes it very convenient too. Decor is not impressive. Did not try the breakfast. Have to pay onsen...
they are asking for tourist tax 700 yen which didn’t notice before check out . That was disappointing
Great access to ski slopes. But rooms are very dated and you can’t cool room since the hotel has switched all air cons to heat only as of today 29 September - our room is 26 degrees and hard to sleep. Also pool staff need to try and be more helpful to guests rather than behaving like municipal pool attendants.
Nice and clean swimming pool facilities.
Great atmosphere and service.
I love the onsen. Especially a long hard ski on the powder
Honestly just came for the onsen as I was staying at the more budget Owashi lodge (R.I.P) across the street.
Still good value and awesome views

I stayed at the Fresh Water Hotel in Grand Hirafu last week and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The location is absolutely legendary right in the heart of everything, with super easy access to the lifts, restaurants, and nightlife.
The staff really made the stay special. Rachel was a huge help getting us checked in early and making sure everything was set up perfectly for us right...
We had a wonderful stay at Freshwater Hotel Niseko. The hotel itself is modern, cosy, and perfectly located for exploring the area. A special shout-out goes to James from Perth, who drove us to the welcome center when we were leaving. James was genuinely lovely — friendly, relaxed, and incredibly helpful. After an already great stay, his warm conversation and kindness were a perfect send-off and left...
Great accomodation and usability. Appliances and rooms were great quality and the ski gear store room is perfect. Pick up and drop off to the hotel from the bus was very easy and a shout out to James from Perth for the hospitality, he was great to chat to, very insightful, and engaged with us all very well. Thank you for the stay we greatly enjoyed our time.
I had a wonderful stay at The Freshwater, and I really want to take a moment to recognize James from Perth. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make me feel genuinely welcome and cared for. I chose this apartment hotel when I came to Niseko for skiing. The reception staff was very enthusiastic and was happy to help me send my ski bag to Tokyo when I checked out, and arranged a shuttle bus to take us to Kutchan Station. Awesome week stay with Mnk at The Orchards. Even though its not located near the base stations, complimentary private shuttle service to anywhere in Hirafu made going anywhere a total breeze. We weren’t guests at The Orchards, but after dinner at Caldera we got stuck without being able to find a taxi. When we asked at reception if they could call a taxi for us, the staff kindly offered to drive us back to our resort themselves, free of charge. It saved us a long wait in the cold and was incredibly thoughtful. Thank you again, your kindness really made our evening.
We had a very pleasant stay at the Shimai Chalet and were impressed by the quality of the amenities provided. The chalet was thoughtfully equipped with features such as a pool table and a Nintendo Switch with games, which enhanced the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Really nice location for a family trip, not quite in the centre of Hirafu so very quiet, peaceful, and safe. But still very close and accessible to all ski spots in Niseko!
The room is very big, worthy of being designed by Australians. It is a little far from the ski resort, but the hotel provides free shuttle service, which is very convenient. I don't have to worry about the round-trip transportation. I will stay here again next time.
A beautiful and comfortable chalet with great view to the mountains. I just booked on Ctrip, and the hotel promptly sent an email asking about any food allergies and my arrival time. Location was great with amazing views. Staff were friendly. Was a bit disappointing that there was no compendium in the room explaining how everything works from TV to heating etc… as all in Japanese. Great time at Terrazze. The room was very spacious and kept clean. Hotel staff were kind and very professional and responsive. Great locker area to store ski equipment with ample drying rack space to keep the boots and gloves dry for the next day. No complaints and would definitely stay again.
Stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. Thomas was super helpful with our check in and out! The room and amenities were great! Nicely tucked away from the main areas so it was nice and quiet. The driver pickup/drop-off to and from the snow fields was also a game changer. Highly recommend!

The location is superb, an absolute paradise if you're an experienced skier! The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the outdoor hot springs are amazing!
The Hilton Niseko Village is a highly recommended resort hotel in Niseko, Japan, especially for ski lovers and nature seekers. The hotel is clean, well located, and overall a very good place to stay. The service is pleasant and the staff are consistently kind and helpful.
