Every year, I choose Hilton Niseko Village and The Green Leaf Niseko Village. The service is excellent, and you can ski right from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are very good, and the ski rental service is also convenient. I heard the hotel is closing for renovations after this ski season, so I'm looking forward to updated and improved facilities. Both Hilton and Green Leaf offer direct gondola access to the mountaintop, allowing you to ski four different mountains – it's absolutely fantastic!

Great bar area, fantastic service there. Service providing transport details from the airport, was less helpful. Room nice, clean looks more dated than the photos.

The ski-in/ski-out access at the hotel is decent, but Niseko itself isn't really ideal for beginners. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, so you'll mostly rely on shuttle buses to get around. Taxis are also hard to come by. It seems this hotel primarily caters to foreign guests, as many of them stay here and even the front desk staff are foreigners.

It was easy to ski around the resort and their service was excellent. Green leaf hotel is closer to their lift. Their food was great. If you want to have a delicious meal after skiing and have a great time, i would recommend this hotel and ski resort.

From the moment we pulled up to The Green Leaf, we felt incredibly welcome. The level of service here is personal and sincere; I was so impressed that the staff took the time to remember my name. It creates such a 'homey' and inviting atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. If you want a stay where you feel like a valued guest rather than just a room number, this is the place to be!

Whatever you see in photo during booking is totally different . Room is small and they don’t do cleaning each day. Only alternate. Bed and pillow not comfortable . For the price is not worth it .

Very old and run down room, however the grand hall and dinning (breakfast) areas are big, excellent vibe, and newly decorated.

This is my second time visit greenleaf. Great service and very convenient for skiing.

Very convenient access to the ski resort, a top choice for ski enthusiasts ⛷️. Dining options are a bit limited, but the hot springs are great, and ski rental is very easy. The entire resort operates in English, giving you the feeling of being in Europe or America.

The hotel was acquired by hotel and the biggest improvement is the quality of the breakfast. Location wise, although it’s not in the central hirafu, the shuttle made journey to hirafu or kutchan very easy. The only downside this time was that, the outdoor onsen is not working, but they offered customers to use the onsen in the Hilton nearby.
