Three of us rented a pleasant 2-bd unit here during peak ski season. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The well-equipped kitchen worked great for pre-ski breakfast and would have been fine for dinner too if we weren't so wiped out after skiing and onsen. Ski lounge is spacious and easily accessed. The location in middle Hirafu is good enough that you probably don't need a car, unless you are planning to drive to other, non-Niseko resorts (like Rusutsu). Setup is lightly serviced apartments. Desk is only staffed mornings and afternoons, but help is available other times by chat. Millie, James, Alysha and co took good care of us, got us to the lifts, picked us up, made dinner reservations and so on. In general, seems like Nisade group's properties are well-run, and I would come again.

Location was great with amazing views. Staff were friendly. Was a bit disappointing that there was no compendium in the room explaining how everything works from TV to heating etc… as all in Japanese. To the point we ran out of hot water as we weren’t told there was only a small boiler. So 1 bath used it all!! Heating didn’t work properly as we were eventually told there was an issue which would take time to resolve with outside contractors. The compendium finally arrived on our penultimate evening. Finally - drivers could have been a little better in responding to requests. Having said all that, we had a great time so thanks.

Great time at Terrazze. The room was very spacious and kept clean. Hotel staff were kind and very professional and responsive. Great locker area to store ski equipment with ample drying rack space to keep the boots and gloves dry for the next day. No complaints and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights for our honeymoon. Thomas was super helpful with our check in and out! The room and amenities were great! Nicely tucked away from the main areas so it was nice and quiet. The driver pickup/drop-off to and from the snow fields was also a game changer. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay, incredible views of Mt Yotei, great location. Having the drivers available for drop offs and pick ups made a huge difference. Highly recommend, special shout out to the team and Jamie for being so helpful.

Top of the best, view from living room is stunning, comfy mattress and huge space for family. Private parking, staff speak good English and very helpful we had a great time and definitely return and highly recommended

Extremely nice apartment style place to stay. The shuttles were very convenient and not too far away from the resort. Really easy walk to the konbinis and restaurants.
