This time, I'd like to extend a special thanks to the hotel's reservations department for taking care of a returning guest like me by promptly upgrading our room, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable
The breakfast spread is fantastic, with Japanese, Chinese, and Western options. Our room overlooked the ski resort and Mount Yotei, providing a stunning view every morning. We'll definitely be staying here again
The staff at Park Hyatt are incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The front desk ladies are not only beautiful but also very meticulous and considerate, especially kind and warm towards children
This season offers great value for money, and it's incredibly convenient for skiers since you can access the slopes directly from the hotel's first floor
Otherwise, it was as excellent as ever! The housekeeping ladies were exceptionally good
Best in class resort for design and hardware. Exceptional personal touch by managers and senior team. Terrific on-site dining options. Love the Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants

The hot spring was incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it while enjoying the snowy scenery. It's a shame they don't allow photos. However, the hotel's food was really terrible, I almost fainted from how bad it was
Excellent place to stay at during the winter. Location was amazing, located right on the ski slope allowing my son to ski in and out of the hotel
Breakfast was abundant, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to Sapporo city and New Chitose Airport, making transportation super easy
The hotel offers direct ski-in/out access, which is incredibly convenient and hassle-free
And dinner was 260 per person!
It is also quite peaceful and quiet as the property is not at an overly touristy area. Rooms were also very comfortable and clean

The room was beautiful and overall suitable for multiple people.
In summary, the facilities were excellent, but the service and handling of the situation needed improvement. Overall, the experience wasn't very good.
This is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed at in our whole trip to Hokkaido. The location was unbeatable as it was right behind the Hirafu Welcome Center. It's also walkable to the quite a number of restaurants
This hotel has stunning views, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful decor, and a high degree of privacy. The onsen is excellent. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.
They thought of everything, including providing guests with a shuttle to and from the KIng Gondola and many other key points within the town, and we could see its status and movement around town in real time
The hotel also has a complimentary onsen (public and private options), which was a welcome treat after a day at the slopes. Breakfast had a lot of variety, so you can surely find something to your liking
All in all, we had a really great stay at Skye Niseko, and we willl definitely come back here the next time we're in Niseko

Direct access to the ski slopes right from the hotel entrance. The hotel service was excellent; staff even drove us to a nearby place to pick up our rented ski equipment
The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re planning to enjoy the snow and SKI
The room is quite spacious with a beautiful view directly overlooking the ski slopes from the window. We could cook our own meals and even bought ingredients to grill outside
We truly felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended—we will definitely come back!
Hotel well locares close to many facilites and the employees are very good. Definitely I Will come back.
Great place for beginners to learn how to snowboard, the environment was also pretty good. Some rooms also have a private onsen.

It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts. The hotel service is excellent
A special thanks to our driver, Yuta, who was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. My husband accidentally injured his foot, and Yuta immediately found someone to help us clean the wound
When I mentioned I couldn't use the hot springs, he kindly gave us some waterproof band-aids the next day when we saw him
The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced
The hotel was clean, but the location is not so good for the whole niseko area and their shuttles don’t cover many places
They offer several breakfast options ( buffet, ramen or takeaway sandwiches). Great restaurant at top level with mountain views

It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.
Look no further this is the best choice. Best location, clean rooms, very good breakfast, ski valet service is amazing. Friendly staff. Respectful guests. We’ll be back for sure!
Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in
It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air
Been to Niseko for skiing for 3 years. This is honestly the best price-to-value hotel. You get every essential things, location, ski-in-ki-out, and onsen.
It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing

Excellent location with high comfortable living conditions.
This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets
Perfect accommodation experience, clean, well-spaced, and well-equipped. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Niseko
What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk
He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko
Bibilov is very close. There are private and public baths. Private baths are 3,000 yen per hour.

Very good only 8 minutes from Hirafu, with Shuttle Bus transfer. Overall good!
But in the morning to take a shower to open the water earlier, maybe lately too cold, D water not so quickly hot
For this price, the location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to the village of Hirafu. The breakfast is very Western-style. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes
Customer service is very good
The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory!
For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort
Enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and modern, staff were very helpful, the restaurant was convenient, and they offered a free shuttle to the slopes every 20 minutes. Would recommend.
If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used)
Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority

Location is ski in/out at base of Grand Hirafu resort, convenient for skiers esp those with own equipments, resort has good storage facility! Minimart & vending machine in hotel makes it very convenient too
Great atmosphere and service.
I love the onsen. Especially a long hard ski on the powder
Have to pay onsen fee 150jpy/night +accommodation tax upon checkout. There is a massage center inside the hotel, chargeable. A 10min walking up-down hill to other restaurants on main street
Nice and clean swimming pool facilities.
But rooms are very dated and you can’t cool room since the hotel has switched all air cons to heat only as of today 29 September - our room is 26 degrees and hard to sleep
Also pool staff need to try and be more helpful to guests rather than behaving like municipal pool attendants

A special shout-out goes to James from Perth, who drove us to the welcome center when we were leaving. James was genuinely lovely — friendly, relaxed, and incredibly helpful
Rachel was a huge help getting us checked in early and making sure everything was set up perfectly for us right away, which was clutch after traveling
After an already great stay, his warm conversation and kindness were a perfect send-off and left us with such a positive final impression
We had a wonderful stay at Freshwater Hotel Niseko. The hotel itself is modern, cosy, and perfectly located for exploring the area
James was equally awesome and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and drink around town every suggestion was a hit
Great accomodation and usability. Appliances and rooms were great quality and the ski gear store room is perfect

Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days
Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring
Ski in ski out but still needs to go through staircase to get to the slope. Don't miss the good breakfast with a view.
The location is fantastic, and it comes with breakfast and a hot spring. You can just ski right out of the hotel
It was an amazing stay! The room was big and clean, we liked their toiletries ( such as skin care products)
The huge bonus was a private onsen😍 it's a must after skiing, but even if you don't have one, you can use a shared one downstairs 👌
Breakfast was quite good and we really enjoyed how close the hotel is to the slope, you can actually see it from the window
They also have lockers for your ski...

All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. They saw that we were with our son and took us to a closet behind the front desk and let him choose a sled and a snowball maker to borrow during our stay
There’s also ski shop and rental conveniently located in the hotel, right next to the restaurant, in case you want to rent gear or pick up anything you might have forgotten (we picked up a pair of kid’s gloves)
The room had a very spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the mountain. The hotel team also thoughtfully provided a crib and high chair, making our stay even more comfortable
I also loved how spacious the living area was- plenty of space for kids to play, to lay out your ski gear and to relax. One thing definitely worth noting is that there is a private onsen tucked away off the balcony
Our living room had floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the slope and my son loved waking up and going to the window- watching people skiing and also how they prepared the lifts for each day
They helped us store our bags after the 10AM checkout while we went out for another round on the slopes, and we could use the onsen on the property to shower/get ready before our journey ahead

The cleanliness was just okay, not exceptionally good, because I stayed for 5 days and the room wasn't cleaned once. The facilities weren't great, but it offered pretty good value for money
Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind
There is a small course section to the dinner and then a buffet but I’d prefer more of a kaiseki style course with quality over quantity. Absolutely loved the live music every night from 7:39-8:30pm
Great spot excellent food and service easy access to hirafu by bus and quiet location
The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best
Enjoying the onsen in the hotel after a long day of skiing was so refreshing and soothing. Their breakfast was nice too with varieties and our room was so spacious, we enjoyed our stay there.

Our stay at Miru Niseko was excellent - the staff there was incredibly helpful and arranged so many things for and answered all of our questions
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere. The service was exceptional- friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. They even helped us bring our luggage upstairs to our room
They were very communicative via email with setting up pick up and drop transportation and preparing our accommodation. While there, the staff helped us out with phone calls and Yamato luggage transport as well
Superb hotel. Large rooms with massive bedrooms, warm, large bathrooms and dedicated laundry for every few rooms.
If you book two rooms they connect through internal doors which is fantastic.
Fantastic experience here at Miru Niseko this Dec 2025. Staff were so helpful especially Yue Fei. Location was close by to Hirafu just a simple drive away, else they have regular shuttles
I’m not sure who gives out the stars, but Miru Niseko needs at least one, if not two more. Feels secluded but so close to everything. 10 minute drive to Annupuri and 5 minutes to Hirafu

We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!
The staff service is excellent, and the outdoor onsen is beautiful and very enjoyable
You have to make your own bed. You also have to use the public bath for showering. However, the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.
The only downside is that during peak hours, there are a lot of external visitors, but if you avoid those times, it's incredibly relaxing
Breakfast is good, many varieties. Good service

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Sawara, a 4 BR chalet with ensuite all located on the first floor and an amazing view in the living/kitchen area on the second floor
When we asked at reception if they could call a taxi for us, the staff kindly offered to drive us back to our resort themselves, free of charge. It saved us a long wait in the cold and was incredibly thoughtful
As many guests spend their days skiing or snowboarding, the addition of massage chairs in the chalets would be a valuable enhancement, providing a relaxing and restorative way to unwind after a long day
Really nice location for a family trip, not quite in the centre of Hirafu so very quiet, peaceful, and safe. But still very close and accessible to all ski spots in Niseko!
The chalet was thoughtfully equipped with features such as a pool table and a Nintendo Switch with games, which enhanced the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay
We weren’t guests at The Orchards, but after dinner at Caldera we got stuck without being able to find a taxi

The location is tranquil, and both the facilities and service were excellent. The two-meal Kaiseki dinner was incredibly delicious. Our entire family had a wonderful and memorable vacation there.
Overall, it was truly excellent and exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back next time, whether for skiing in Niseko or just for a quiet getaway!
Fantastic service and great place to get away and relax
The room was very cozy, the service was attentive, and the attention to detail was excellent. Highly recommended.
This was a serious mistake made by Trip. The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers
The check-in process was handled entirely by a dedicated person in the lounge area while I sat comfortably on a sofa, enjoying welcome snacks. It was a really pleasant experience

The staff at Maples reception were excellent, especially Elissa and Gabrielle who organised our gear on Black Cat, helped with transport and greatly assisted our departure (after a visit to the medical enter)
Perfect for our group of 6 adults. We were in the studio and 2 bed configuration which suited us all perfectly. Special mention to Tom, a great help for questions and general cheeriness which was always appreciated
Excellent choice for Niseko
The Setsumon was in an excellent location - easy to walk almost anywhere in Hirafu. The apartment was huge and quite comfortable
The location couldn't be better and the rooms were exactly as advertised. We really liked having a little kitchen and laundry. Thomas and Sinead greeted us at check-in and were super efficient and friendly
No deduction in star ⭐️ rating but studio had a mould smell at first which diminished after 24 hours. Thank you Setsumon and Tom, we will be back
Over our week there, Tom, Meg , Maddy, Lydia and Emily were all so friendly and gave us lots of good tips and recommendations. Would absolutely stay at Setsumon again!

The bathroom smelled damp/septic upon arrival, forcing us to use perfume to mask it, and the lack of clothing storage was frustrating for a long stay. The most disappointing part was the lack of flexibility
Being able to walk out the door and onto the lift in minutes is a major advantage, especially in Niseko’s deep powder conditions. The apartments are modern, spacious, and very well maintained
The staff were positive and friendly, and worked hard to help me solve the problem of connecting the TV to Apple TV. Their English was also very good
Ours had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of Mt. Yotei, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ski storage, and plenty of room to spread out after a long day on the mountain
A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in
We had an excellent stay at Niseko Landmark View and would absolutely return. The location is outstanding, directly below the lift
