Niseko, 328-47 Iwaobetsu, 044-0082 Kutchan Town, Abuta District, Hokkaido, Japan 🧭 Map
The room is spacious, and communication with the front desk was smooth. There are also many restaurants (not saying they're amazing, but definitely much better than the Ritz-Carlton we stayed at the second night)
It was great to see Hokkaido with snow, which gave it a different charm than in autumn! Having Mount Yotei right in front of me was truly amazing! The hotel service was also excellent
Rooms are wonderful with a dining table and sofa. Restaurants are Difficult to book. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
If you have to choose between the two, absolutely do not stay at the Ritz-Carlton! It's unbelievably terrible
Fabulous hotel in Niseko, sorry, it’s top hotel in the world !!!!!!!!! Must come back again for it!!!!!!!
I'm hoping to visit again next year during the autumn leaf season!

The buffet restaurant also offers stunning views of the ski resort, so you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat – truly delightful!
Overall, the hotel was great for a 4-5 days stay. Not as luxurious as the Hyatt over at Hanazono but it does its job.
The room was very spacious, and the outdoor onsen's night view was absolutely stunning. Snowflakes were falling overhead while the hot spring pool steamed, creating a truly blissful moment
Breakfast was abundant, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel with direct service to Sapporo city and New Chitose Airport, making transportation super easy
The hot spring was incredibly relaxing, especially soaking in it while enjoying the snowy scenery. It's a shame they don't allow photos. However, the hotel's food was really terrible, I almost fainted from how bad it was
Sleek, clean rooms. Excellent service. Can rent ski equipment and gear from hotel, then ski right away. Onsen and massage were wonderful. Great buffet!

The second photo in the middle is of a larger room type, which I hope to book in advance next time. The king crab ramen for lunch was 7600 JPY a bowl; the noodles weren't anything special, just a few extra crab legs
The 7 or 8 parking spots out front require a reservation and cost 4000 JPY per night. Although my room was small, it had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mount Yotei
Ski-in ski-out hotel right next to the slopes. Wonderful staff and service. Convenient in hotel equipment rentals. Highly recommended.
Environment: The hotel is right next to the ski resort. Cleanliness: Clean. Service: Professional service provided. Facilities: Very modern.
The morning buffet has something for everyone! Used it on weekdays, and now it's 40,000 per person for 2 nights. I wonder if I can make a reservation after the corona opens. The public hot spring bath is narrow
Fantastic hotel and staff. You will not regret booking this place.

It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts. The hotel service is excellent
A special thanks to our driver, Yuta, who was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. My husband accidentally injured his foot, and Yuta immediately found someone to help us clean the wound
When I mentioned I couldn't use the hot springs, he kindly gave us some waterproof band-aids the next day when we saw him
The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced
They offer several breakfast options ( buffet, ramen or takeaway sandwiches). Great restaurant at top level with mountain views
It's really convenient for getting to Annupuri ski resort. They have a shuttle service that takes you there right away, and the staff are very friendly.

This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets
What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk
He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko
Perfect accommodation experience, clean, well-spaced, and well-equipped. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Niseko
The accommodation is very good. The room is very spacious. There are complete kitchenware and facilities. If I go to Niseko, I will stay here again. I am very impressed. ❤️
The room was spacious and clean. They only came to change the towels and empty the trash every day.

There is a small course section to the dinner and then a buffet but I’d prefer more of a kaiseki style course with quality over quantity. Absolutely loved the live music every night from 7:39-8:30pm
We tried the dinner on two nights and they were quite similar. Dinner was a bit on the expensive side so would not recommend eating there mutiple nights in a row due to the lack of variety
Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a bus that stops outside the hotel for travellers taking the coach from the airport/sapporo. The local bus to the train station also stops outside
Enjoying the onsen in the hotel after a long day of skiing was so refreshing and soothing. Their breakfast was nice too with varieties and our room was so spacious, we enjoyed our stay there.
Location is a little bit away from the ski lifts but they do have a shuttle bus although I wish there were more bus timings. Staff were friendly and helpful although not all speak English
Great spot excellent food and service easy access to hirafu by bus and quiet location

A very pleasant stay, our family have the best time in this skii resort, it is like living next to snow. Breakfast with a variety of sashimi and amazing view you never forget
Great atmosphere and service. I love the onsen. Especially a long hard ski on the powder
Nice and clean swimming pool facilities.
Have to pay onsen fee 150jpy/night +accommodation tax upon checkout. There is a massage center inside the hotel, chargeable. A 10min walking up-down hill to other restaurants on main street
Honestly just came for the onsen as I was staying at the more budget Owashi lodge (R.I.P) across the street. Still good value and awesome views
they are asking for tourist tax 700 yen which didn’t notice before check out . That was disappointing

Moku no Sho is absolutely amazing! The hotel's interior is very tastefully decorated, very upmarket. Our stay includes free-flow juices and wine at the lounge area, with marshmallow roasting at a fireplace in the evening
The location is tranquil, and both the facilities and service were excellent. The two-meal Kaiseki dinner was incredibly delicious. Our entire family had a wonderful and memorable vacation there.
The check-in process was handled entirely by a dedicated person in the lounge area while I sat comfortably on a sofa, enjoying welcome snacks. It was a really pleasant experience
I booked a private onsen suite this time, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring not only a private hot spring but also a massage chair
All drinks at the hotel bar were complimentary, and the Kaiseki dinner I added in the evening was incredibly fresh and delicious, course after course
Sure enough, as soon as my chartered car pulled up to the hotel entrance, a staff member was already there to confirm my details

Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days
Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring
The location at the bottom of Grand Hirafu cannot be beat, since it is on a quiet run right next to the chairlift. The views of the slopes from the private onsen in our room was a very priceless memory
The location is fantastic, and it comes with breakfast and a hot spring. You can just ski right out of the hotel
Great location for a ski-in/ski-out hotel, and it has hot springs! It's super refreshing to soak in the hot springs after skiing. The only downside is there's a short flight of stairs to get to the slopes

It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.
Stayed here for two nights and found it to be faultless. Room was amazingly beautiful, clean and spacious. Unbeatable location with chair lifts just meters away! Staff were absolutely stellar and helpful
Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in
It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air
- The room has a glass window with blinds to the main room where our son slept, giving us privacy. The room also had a nice view of the snow. - The room has a kitchen, dishwasher, and laundry machine
- Ski valet is conveniently located on the second floor, just a few steps from the Hirafu gondola and the ski school. You can walk with your socks and get equipped in the valet before heading out

There are limited food options both inside and nearby, so it's advisable to come prepared for that. The room was lovely, and the futons were very comfortable
Breakfast was included in our stay, and we also chose to have dinner there a few times. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared
The staff service is excellent, and the outdoor onsen is beautiful and very enjoyable
The only downside is that during peak hours, there are a lot of external visitors, but if you avoid those times, it's incredibly relaxing
We also tried eating out at a couple of other restaurants in Niseko, but we both agreed that the hotel’s restaurant was by far the best for us. Highly recommend this place!
Breakfast is good, many varieties. Good service

My first choice during winter skiing. Great onzen and spacoius room. Only things wish to improve the meals as not many variety and menu always the same . Especially staying few days enjoying the same menu of dinner
We chose this hotel specifically for our skiing trip to Annupuri Ski Resort. It's super convenient, only about a 10-minute walk to the ski rental shop! However, there are absolutely no shops nearby
My daughter and I arrived here for one night and found our stay very comfortable and luxurious, although it was only a brief visit. The room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable
The hotel includes a half-board plan (dinner is a Japanese set meal, and breakfast is a buffet). The only minor downside is that there's no shower in the room, just a toilet and a sink
But, there's a Niseko shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel, which helps make up for it, though the schedule isn't very frequent, so you need to check the times carefully
Similarly we were also unable try the food at breakfast as we arrived just before 9am, but were too late so please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to go

Just a dam good little jem Brilliant stay! staff supper accomodating room great short stroll to great food and bars, great drying room perfect for chilling after skiing and great value for money.
The room is big and the hygiene is very good You can also see Mount Yotei Very comfortable stay Hotel staff service attitude is very good Introduced many scenic spots to us Well worth staying
Amazing unit, Modern warm, clean & comfortable. The major factor during our stay was how obliging the check in staff were, the boys and Ariana could not do enough for you
Extremely nice apartment style place to stay. The shuttles were very convenient and not too far away from the resort. Really easy walk to the konbinis and restaurants.
We were transported daily to and from various parts of the resort, each day

You will get your money’s worth and then some in the quality, portion, and service. Do yourself a favor and just book with Miru Niseko. And no, they did not pay me to say this. It really was THAT amazing of a stay
I’m not sure who gives out the stars, but Miru Niseko needs at least one, if not two more. Feels secluded but so close to everything. 10 minute drive to Annupuri and 5 minutes to Hirafu
This was more than enough for the two of us who eat a lot! The care put into this meal was noticeable as well. The homemade umeshu (plum wine) was unreal! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend eating here despite the higher price tag
Tattoo friendly also!! There’s an alcohol vending machine right outside the spa entrance as well. Everything you could need is provided and of high quality as well. Washer/dryer on site was extremely convenient
The way the hotel is structured is very intriguing too; I won't say more - take it as an incentive to book yourself a room here! The staff are very friendly and helpful - it was great that they were willing to offer advice on activities I could participate in within a 'close' proximity to the hotel
ROOM was the perfect size with a big window and wonderful view. Quiet, serene, modern, extremely clean. ONSEN is not coed, but you can talk to each other through the wall if there’s nobody else out there

This was not a problem for us, in fact we put up a do not disturb sign every day. Towels and Yukata for bathing can be easily picked up, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and hot spring is also very good
Great place with great rooms with easy access to the slopes. The hot springs is a must and is extremely easy for foreigners to use. Would recommend for anyone wanting a cheap but pleasant stay in niseko.
This hotel was about a five-minute walk from the ski equipment rental shop and the ski resort. It also had a hot spring sauna, which was great!
The first time I went skiing in Hokkaido, I chose Niseko. We went there during the peak season and booked late. Niseko is a popular place, so it was hard to find a hotel that was actually available and reasonably priced
This time we mainly skied, the price of Japanese-style rooms is reasonable, and the hotel is good in terms of hygiene, catering, hot springs, and skiing convenience. Overall, we are still very satisfied
It is on the main road from Hirafu Town to the ski center. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to Base and Gondola. Opposite is Hirafu 188 Supermarket, and there are also some restaurants not far away

He took us to all the places that we needed to go and picked us up free of charge. It was my daughters birthday while we were there and he organised a cake for her and a bottle of champagne for us free of charge
Would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a bit out of the way but Dave and his wife go to extremes to help you whenever they can. Also Dave's wife is an excellent cook so try a meal while you are there
We stayed here for a couple of nights and Dave the owner was so helpful. He speaks limited English but tried to help us out wherever possible
He recommended a ski rental shop, helped me to purchase the lift pass and every day he dropped me off or picked me up at the ski place. The breakfast every morning was also wonderful
Dave's wife made very tasty meals. And the portion was perfect for me to start a day of high-energy skiing. At the hotel, there is also a washing machine
I extended my stay for another day for a total of 6 days. Dave san made everything so easy

(Photography isn't allowed in the onsen; I asked staff if I could take a quick shot of the empty area when no one was around in the morning. Please respect onsen etiquette and don't embarrass our countryfolk
The location is superb, an absolute paradise if you're an experienced skier! The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the outdoor hot springs are amazing!
The hotel itself is a bit dated and could benefit from renovation, but it functions well and remains comfortable. If this hotel were a person, it would be polite, reliable… and slightly overdue for a new suit
Yotei, and facilities are great year-round, including summer activities like golf. Overall it’s ideal for families, couples and winter sports enthusiasts seeking convenience and comfort in Niseko
At the Ezo restaurant, the waiters are friendly and professional, but the service organization needs improvement. Better managerial coordination would make a clear difference
This was my second stay, and it's definitely the best ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko for value for money. It's right on the Niseko Village slopes

Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in
Highly recommend for a stay in Niseko. The place is in great shape and has plenty of space! The company that runs it is very good about communication. We booked our snowboarding thru them and it was very convenient
You can technically walk to the restaurants and to the resort but it can be dangerous if it snows. So definitely get your international driver’s license or download the Go app for taxis
Snowy landscape We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape
They also were quick to accommodate some unique needs that we had. A couple things to consider - the lodging is at the bottom of the hill in Grand Hirafu
Basics with laundry detergent and washing machine powder and basics like coffee for first day is always appreciated. Thank you Team Niseko Central ❤️
